Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonary work, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), including taking down existing cement plaster and including 3% of water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat cement base paint on old decorated plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary (except blocks) of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, using old concrete blocks obtained from the demolition, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted Galvantume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strenth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tappping screws as specified including dismantling existing plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub -floors ,sub- bases ,floors and pavings,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 40mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub -floors ,sub- bases ,floors and pavings,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequred cement concrete tiles 300mm X 300mm X 20mm thick, set ,pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & pigments laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed base (1:6) and all as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as mass concrete and filling of foundation all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge

M&L for preparaton of brick/concrete, wall, stone masonary surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description on newly plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good the disturbed grouind, in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in lean concrete, sub base or mass concrete, foundation filling etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel Galvanised wire chain link fencing square mesh of any size made out of 4mm dia wire complete ll as specified & directed

S & F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised MS wire staple or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured.) including dismantling old existing barbed wire and making rolls including stacking neatly complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, bed blocks for hold fasts, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (inner girth only measured) all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 55 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (inner girth only measured) all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3, nominal mix type A-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in CM 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

TMT mild steel bars, 10 mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F for Mild steel screw bolts 05 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm longcomplete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled forfixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete and conforming to Fe 410-W Gde E-250 quality 'A', including dismantling structrual steel work including doors and gates of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation and removal of new Steel / CGI Sheet surface any description over 10cm in width or girth and applaying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat or red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor of hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and drected.

Supply only plastic dividing strips 1.5mm thick and 38mm wide inserted to position confirm to design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming Contraction (Dummy) Joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade A, in floor surface of hard standing complete all as specified and directed
