Supply on hire basis 7.5 HP Submerssible pumping machinery ,80 mm. dia Upvc column pipe, suspension clamp, 5HP Dewatering submerssible pumping machinery ,80 mm. dia GI fittings,100 mm. dia PVC hose(35 mtr. Approx) 80 mm. dia PVC hose( 50 mtr. Approx) ,100 mm. dia GI fittings ,starter suitable for Submerssible P/M, Dewatering P/M, flat Submerssible cable for sub p/m round PVC insulated cable with protection to dry run for dewatering P/M , chain pulley block etc.

Installation of 7.5 HP Submerssible P/M in the clarifloculator to receive water source, connection of 80 mm. dia PVC hose to the delivery line of the column pipe & fixing of reducing hose to the opposite end of PVC hose as per direction.

Installation of 5 HP Dewatering Submerssible P/M in the sludge chamber with the help of chain pulley block arrangement & connection of 100 mm. dia PVC hose with the delivery end and laying the pipe to the distant end (P/M is installed in various pockets of sump chmaber)

Labour charges for continuous spraying water by engaging required no. of labourer from Sub. PM through 80 mm. hose to sludge chamber to breaking the solid mud by manual labour, bailing out the sinkage water( filter bed, clarifloculator) from sludge chamber, coagulate mud with water &bailing out the mudded water from sump chamber to distant end through 100 mm. PVC hose by skilledd & unskilled manual labour for 24 hours.

Dismantlinng the whole arrangement as per direction of EIC.

Withdrawing the 35 HP Sludge P/M FROM THE SUMP CHAMBER AFTER SDISCONNECTION OF ALL Elect./ Mech. Connections with necy. Hoisting arrangement by skilled & unskilled manual labour.

Dismantling the 35 HP Sludge p/m part by part to detect the defects as per direction.

Supply, delivery and storage of Hot dipped galvanized octagonal pole of following specification [ as per IS : 2629, ISO :1461]

Length :6 mtr.Top dia 70mm, Bottom dia :130mm, Thickness -3 mm, Base plate :220 mm X220MM.X 12 mm. sheet with 4 nos M20 Grade X 600 mm.EN 8 Grade"j"Type bolt.

Bottom of the pole welded with base plate. Pole with baseplate should comply as a shaft S 355 as per B EN 10025

Finishing : Hot dipgalvanized to BS EN ISO 1461 The pole is also fitted with sword type single arm bracket made of light class 40 NB GI Pipe of 1 mtr. Length.

The pole should be fitted with internal junction box at suitable height with suitable locking arrangement.

Supply & fitting fixing of MS Clamp with bar for Flood light on pole and Guard room

Erection of above pole of item no. 1 with sole plate etc. as per direction of EIC above & below GL including C.C foundation from the bottom of sole plate up to 0.75 mtr. Depth and making cemented finish ( 3 mm. thick) including making provision of cable entry in the junction box of the pole including excavation and refilling of earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly and mending damages good.

Laying of supplied cable in item no. 3 in underground trenches with proper brick protection on the top of the cable including electrical connections to the muffing box , filling of space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil , levelling & ramming complete.

Supply , fitting fixing compression type gland with brass gland with rubber rings for dust and moisture proof for entry of above cables.

Finishing the end of the cable by crimping method including supplying and fixing dowells make solder less socket , tapes and jointing materials for above supplied cable.

Supply & fitting fixing of SS 20 SWG thick pole box fixing on the wall by MS clamping arrangement, earthing attachment ,earthing terminals etc. with 200 X 150 X100 mm. comprising of one no. 6 Amp. MCB unit, one terminal incl. necy. All materials complete.

Fitting fixing of road light luminaries with necessary inter connection , jointing of cable and testing complete upto entire sattisfaction of EIC.

Earthing with 6 ft. length & 1 " dia GI spike as per relevant IS.
