Cleaning of entire mill basement areas, coal feeder areas, other areas of unit no.7 and 8 as directed by EIC including shifting and stacking the mill rejects, coal, coal dust (dry/wet/slurry form) from the said areas to a suitable location for further removal by truck etc. as directed by EIC complete. Payment will be made as per weighment certificate.
Cleaning & shifting of mill rejects, coal dust etc./wet/slurry form from the basement of sub-zero level (below 4 mtr. from the mill basement) of unit no.7 and stacking the same at the ground floor mill basement for further removal. (specific written permission for weighment of the stacked coal to be obtained from the EIC for further removal to a specified location). Payment will be made as per weighment certificate.
Transportation of mill rejects, coal dust as collected from different areas (as covered in Item No.1&2) and from rejection silo by truck to any point within Plant premises as per direction of EIC incl. loading in to truck at lifting point, unloading at destination including carriage by head load up to a distance of 30 mtrs. at each of the two points.
Cleaning including collecting of ash, clinker etc. from different areas/locations at different levels such as boiler furnace areas, ESP areas, chimney areas and other areas of unit no.7 and 8 as per direction of EIC (wet/dry/slurry condition) and stacking the same at a suitable location as directed by EIC for further removal by truck etc. Payment will be made as per weighment certificate.
Transportation of ash, clinker, debris etc. in dry/wet condition by truck as collected and stacked as covered in item no.4 up to a distance of 3 km. as directed by EIC including loading at lifting point and unloading at destination including carriage by head load up to a distance by 30 mtr. at each of loading point and unloading point.
