Dismantling/Taking down existing unserviceable panel board of any size by disconnecting the existing cable connection, earthing complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The cost of necessary excavation and earthwork for LT UG cables of any size and type for taking out loop is included in the quoted rate.

Taking out old unserviceable / faulty cable /service connection cable of any grade / type / class of size of 10 Sq mm to 70 Sq mm 2 core /4 core to repair / replacement from pole / wall / cable duct under ground trench complete all as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE, LT Cable of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated standard aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel wire and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 09 above but sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core.

All as per item No 09 above but sectional area 50 Sqmm 4 core.

Laying only old serviceable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty underground electric cable reterived of any size, laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole / stay, or cable trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ clay bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour sand cushioning using clean Fine River sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying or fixing in repair GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection including fitting with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25 mm x 4 mm, nuts, bolts & washers fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench complete all as directed.

Supply and errect in repair steel tubular poles type 410 SP-31 (9.00 mtr long) with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts nuts & screws including painting with bituminous paint internal surface of steel tubular pole through out and external surface up to planting depth and remaining external surface shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and painting upto 1.5 mtr with alternate layer of yellow & black including marking Sr No of poles complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary earthwork and cement concrete work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply and fixing in repair LT Cable junction box , insulated and made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size should not less then 260 mm x 210 mm x 116 mm. The Polycarbonate Junction Box shall be environment friendly, recyclabe, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded.The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22 & IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. The Junction Box colour according to RAL 9011. 7.The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For beter safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glove Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade. The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechnical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector and one no. MCB SP 'C' curved 6 Amp 9/10KA and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate of CJB/PJB complete all as directed. Make : Hensel, Cat Part K 9350 /Siemens/GE Power/ Sintex. Note :- The cost of one No. 4 pole connector and one No. MCB SP 'C' curved 6 Amp 9/10KA and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts are included in the quoted rate of this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and fixing in repair street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI tubing medium grade made to shape 1.5 Mtr long with fixing arrangement for LED fitting including MS clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washer and duly painted the MS clamps and back plates ,bolts, washer etc with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles/struts including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, foundation of poles/struts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note for serial item No. 23 and 24: Volume of poles / struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Supply and fixing wall mounted LED Batten T-8 Retro LED 18/20 watt, appx 4 feet long, pre wired including LED tube light, not less than 6000K, integrated electronic driver complete fitting and all other accessories fitting arrangements including electric connection connecting with using flexible copper wire twin core upto ceiling rose/connector and including taking down of existing fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair energy efficient LED street light fitting of 25 Watt capacity with toughened clear glass , LED chip efficacy > 130 lumen / watt, system efficacy > 120 lumen / watt, luminarie shall be mandatory brand embossed on luminaries, potted antivibration driver. The driver shall be able to withstand for indoor at 440V for 8 hours . The driver should have fascility and cut off voltage. Input over voltage protection will be > 300 Volt AC and for cut off the luminaires should withstand for 48 hours at 100 Volt AC. The LED efficacy shall be more than 85% at a junction temperature of 85 degree centigrade. All screws of the luminaires should be SS304. Demolition of old earth pit and Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32 mm X 6 mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh,RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I.
