Construction of subgrade with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 in all aspects or as per direction of E/I . (Rates are excluding G.S.T. but including of all other taxes labour cess, material, labour and T&P etc.)

CEMENT TREATED SUBBASE Providing, laying and spreading, Material on a prepared sub grade (GSB) adding cement @ 2% by weight to tbe spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base. including cost of material , roller, cartage ,loading, unloading ,labour and all taxes complete or as per Technial Specification Complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I. (Rates are excluding G.S.T. but including of all other taxes labour cess, material, labour and T&P etc.))

CEMENT TREATED BASE WBM Grade-III Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub base, adding cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the Road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconifined compressive strength and to form a layer of base. as per Technial Specification Complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I. (Rates are excluding G.S.T. but including of all other taxes labour cess, material, labour and T&P etc.)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 3.00 kg./10 sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface Cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. as per Technical Specification Complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I. (Rates are excluding G.S.T. but including of all other taxes labour cess, material, labour and T&P etc.)

Providing, laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (Crushed stone chiping 13.2 mm @0.18 cum./10 sqm. & crushed stone chiping 11.2 mm @ 0.09 cum./10 sqm.) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat either Type-C as per technical specification clause 508. By manual means (1) Bitumen(VG-10) @ 14.60 kg. per 10 sqm. as per Technical Specification Complete in all respects or as per direction of E/I. (Rates are excluding G.S.T. but including of all other taxes labour cess, material, labour and T&P etc.)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C with 6.7 mm crushed stone chiping @ 0.09 cum/10 sqm as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Bitumen(VG-10) @ 6.5 kg. per 10 sqm. as per Technical specification complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I . (Rates are excluding G.S.T. but including of all other taxes labour cess, material, labour and T&P etc.)

Construction of earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 in all aspects or as per direction of E/I .
