Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above GL) unreinforced all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete and sunken floor treatments all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken slab & walls and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed. (a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Baths/ WCs/ Kitchen thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust etc. (b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with Bath seal Tape and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementious grout Bath seal Grout” or eqvt. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grounted in the same manner. (d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating Bath seal Plus” or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, with using liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement or as per manufracture's instructions, finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Demolition & cleaning the sunken floor surfaces by wire brushes, brooming, removing dust all as specified and directed

Firstly old loose spelled concrete should be chiseled from roof ceiling with the help of scrapers chisel & hammer after that cleaning of rust from mild steel rod and applying cement spray 3.00 Kg per sqm by paint brush over cleaned surfaces and M&L 20-50 mm thick ready mix plaster in Multi layer for ceiling on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished surfaces even and fair all as specified and directed.

Providing and placing in position micro-concrete, grade M30, which shall be cement based prepacked single component, chloride free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion, obtained from thickness of section upto 75 mm including form works as required all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument).

M&L plastering 12 mm thick average Polymer modified mortar (ready mix pack) in finishnig coat after guniting finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, curing including taking down and removing the debris outside MD lands per manufacturer's instruction all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall including cornices etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and removal of vegetation and and applying two coats of smart care damp proof Elastomeric and resilient acrylic polymers and reinforcing synthetic fibers water proofing coating smart care damp proof or equivalent ) through authorized applicator only including use of scaffoldings all as specified and directed.
