Collection and transportation of scrap materials to store and dumping ground from various places of BARC facilities at North Site and Gamma Field, BARC, Trombay, Mumbai (2024-2025).

Providing and supplying of Truck of minimum capacity 09 MT for the collection and transportation of scrap items, unserviceable equipments, furniture, debris, garbage at various location inside BARC Trombay, Mumbai as instructed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing and supplying Hydra crane 08 MT capacity for the collection and transportation of scrap items, unserviceable equipments, from various location inside BARC Trombay, Mumbai as instructed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing, supplying "JCB" loader cum excavator including operator and helper executing the work like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning and other works at various location inside BARC Trombay, Mumbai all as directed by Engineer Incharge as and when required. Note: JCB with breaker attachment shall be used for dismantling purposes under the above item.

Providing and supplying of Dumper for the collection and transportation of scrap items, unserviceable equipments, furniture, debris, garbage at various location inside BARC Trombay, Mumbai as instructed by Engineer Incharge.

Collecting of structural steel scrap and cutting into pieces and stacking the same as instructed by Project Engineer at various locations of BARC, Trombay, Mumbai as instructed by Engineer Incharge.

Supplying man power along with necessary spades, shovels, punjas, ropes, small special spades, rain coats, broom, mop etc, minimum two labours per day and maximum any number of labour as and when decided by Engineer Incharge to work for eight hours per day to carry out the cleaning work, loading work etc as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Lead charges for disposal of debris, surplus earth etc. With a Lead Exceeding 2 KM but not exceeding 3 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc.

Lead charges for disposal of debris, surplus earth etc. With a lead Exceeding 3 KM but not exceeding 4 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc. Note : The rates in respect of Item Nos. 7 to 8 are applicable for the NET Quantity arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 30% from the corresponding STACK / TRUCK measurements.

Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Degree holder Civil Engineer with 2 (Two) years experience or Diploma holder with 5 (Five) years experience (Licentiate in Civil/Construction Engineering / Technology) conducted by Board of Technical Examinations / University / Autonomous Govt. / Govt. recognized recognized Polytechnic/ Institute. (2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Engineer for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the Engineer will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per month as per requirement at site for the period mentioned in NIT. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Engineer exclusively for the particular job. (5) Engineer should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CED, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Engineer will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of engineer is 1 (one) month; failing which a compensation, for not providing technical support, of Rs. 1,915/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on the contractor.7: The Engineer may be deployed at any site of BARC and no additional cost whatsoever will be paid in this regard.

Carrying out Data Entry operations and assisting departmental Officer / Engineers, preparation of monthly and quarterly statements, dispatching and delivering documents/file movement and maintaining registers and documents, checking/preparation of agreements etc. as instructed by Engineer-In-charge. Notes: (1) Qualification: Each job shall be carried out by one data entry operator having minimum HSC pass (12th Standard) with complete knowedge of computer (like MS office, etc.) and should also be well conversant in English and Hindi language. (2) Deployment : The contractor shall deploy one Data entry operator for each job as Single Day work for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per day as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Data entry operator exclusively for the particular job. (5) The Data entry operator should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CED, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Data entry operator will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of Data entry operator is 1 (one) month; failing which a compensation, for not providing technical support, of Rs. 1,103/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on the contractor.
