M&L for 15mm thick ready mix mortar admixed with integral water proofing compound FOSROC conplast X421IC @ 130ml per bag of cement incl a bonding coat of FOSROC Nitobond AR cement slurry coat (1 vol of Nitobond AR+ 1.5 Vol of water+ 1.5 Vol of cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for green marble work 14-16 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, shelves, pillars window cills, cooking platforms, stair case and like and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade incl 20mm thick screed bed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement cocnrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges using WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately).

(ii) Applying epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes. (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of n. exc 50 mm thickness. (Note : Application of PMM shall be pre packed ready to use). (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as rcommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. (Note: - Cost of formwork, bldg ht upto 12 mtr, shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor).

M&L for preparation of old surface shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots on existing distempered surfaces and applying one coat of interior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of 1mm thick wall putty on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of walls rubbing down, making good holes, cracks, etc and stopping etc on existing distempered surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall height upto 12m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit Rs. 57,497/- from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
