The Tenderer must submit ongoing work commitments (certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer) to compute available tender capacity

Unconditional Liquid Assets/Bank Line of Credit from any Nationalized/Scheduled bank of not less than 30% of the 5th year estimated O and M cost of Rs.14.40 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. Conditional LOC not acceptable

Contracter Should Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in last five financial years (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.96.00 Lakhs (two times of the estimated O and M Cost of 5th year or average of all the years estimated O and M cost) (The Consolidated Annual Financial turnover certificate for the relevant financial years certified by an ICAI registered Chartered Accountant along with UDIN number (also the audited financial statements for each of the financial years to be submitted). The certificate should be affixed with the seal of the office of the Chartered Accountant with the registration number and duly notarized by Notary Public.)
