Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings, unframed, 40SqCm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings under 40 Sq. Cm in section as in rafters, purlins, unframed work etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel (as in wind tie or other on the AC Sheet) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel sections conforming to Fe- 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails & guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde -165 as in hand rail, holdfast, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail strait portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars for doors, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based 0.50mm thick(AZ-150)corrugated steel sheet of any colour having minimum tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/ L or J type or cranked hook/ bolts as complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based 0.50mm thick(AZ-150) plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

M & L providing, cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets including E- Grid frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F suspended false ceiling with T- grid system of size 600 x 600mm with following specifiactions :- (i) Pre-primed, self embossed, textured designer board, water resistant, termite resistant, fire resistant for insulation Calcium Silicate Boards 8mm thick (ii) GI powder coated Main Tee of size 38x24mm made out of 0.30 mm (min) thick sheet (ii) GI powder coated Cross Tee of size 24x24x0.30 mm (min) made out of 0.30 mm (min) thick sheet (iii) GI powder coated angle of size 24x24x0.30 mm (min) made out of 0.30 mm (min) thick sheet (iv) Level clip / suspension wire - 4 mm dia GI wire. (v) Soffit cleat/Rawl Plug as per manufacturer's instrcutions (vi) Fixing shall be executed as per manufacturer's instructions

Dismantling brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar ficings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

Labour only for brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed. ( Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved against dismantling shall be re-used)

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick walls/ concrete (ceiling) surfaces of any descriptions including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and disposal of unserviceable materials to out side of MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in two layers ( First layer 10mm thick in CM(1:6) and second layer in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound) on external surfaces of walls & top surfaces of chajja/roof, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. ( Note : Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately against relevant item of BoQ as "Supply only".)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked, of make as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM(1:6), finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for two coats of plastic emulsion paint on walls over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting groove of size 70 mm depth and 12 mm wide in existing brick masonry wall using diamond blade cutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only expanded metal of weight not exc 4 kg per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls by scrapping with steel wire brushes or sand paper & washing & rubbing down with water and after cleaning the wall surface and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper (Acrylic) of any shade or colour as approved by GE, over a coat of Primer and including 2mm thick Birla wall care or JK wall care putty in two layers on walls complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls by scrapping with steel wire brushes or sand paper & washing & rubbing down with water and after cleaning the wall surface, facia of roof projections or chajjas surface and applying two coats of weather proof Exterior emulsion first quality paint of approved colour and shade as approved by GE, on external wall surfaces etc as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old decorated wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old decorative surfaces of steel over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs 1,36,900.00 to be deducted during AOC
