SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ RAIN WATER HARVESTING]

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

& L for brick work with sub class B brick straight for curved in 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete, M 25 Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate for precast cover slab all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance exe 50m & n.exc 250m away and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping ,for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 110mm dia PVC pipes single sockets in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for provision of composite Rain water Harvesting system including of the following underground water storage tank of capacity 6000 Ltr with following items :- (i) First flush system- 01 Set (ii) Gravity filer - 01 PC (iii) Delivery pipes 25mm size - 15 mtr (iv) Down take pipes 100mm size - 15 mtr

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II [ ARBORICULTURE]

S& Planting of Korean grass with adequately developed roots on rows 7.50 cm apart after providing ant termite treatment to the filled soil including replanting of dead grass regular maint such as watering de-weeding, moving, rolling itc complete till completion of plantation work all as gardening practice and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 40 mm Gun metal glove or gate valve with iron wheels head, screwed both end from iron pipes and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25 mm Gun metal glove or gate valve with iron wheels head, screwed both end from iron pipes and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 3/4 inch rubber hose of good quality for watering in garden all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying in trenches of 40 mm dia pipe steel water tubing galvanised medium grade and connection including fitting like Tee, Bend, Socket, Elbow, Short pieces connectors, plugs, and unions etc, cutting threading complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm unplasticised PVC of pressure rating 10Kg/Cm2 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical verticval with closed top) triple layered white colour ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position all as specified of 2000 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III [ GARBAGE BIN]

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide, n. exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes pier holes .etc n exe. 10 sq m on plan & n.exc 1.5 m in depth in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks exc.10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping inclding weathening slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work required complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick using soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance exc 1.50KM and n.exc 5 KM depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Moorum/red bajri brought from outside MD land, as in filling in pathways/floor, laid in layers not exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces of any description and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of guage n. exc. 63 mm deposited spread & leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick watered & rammed to a true surfaces, broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/hardstandings path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 125mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/hardstandings path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L 1.60mm thick MS, plain black sheet in steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, or rivets and fixed to steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges, sliding door bolt and steel confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces & applying three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new or untreated steel surfaces including preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
