Taking down old u/s starter and Supply and install Direct online starter in sheet steel enclosure with single phase protection feature suitable for operation on AC, Three phase four wire , 415 Volts, 50 Hz supply for Motor of capacity up to 30HP with relay range 9-15Amps complete and directed by Engr- in Charge .

Supply and fixing in replacement DOL starter suitable for 7.5 HP motor, MK-1 DOL, relay max range 13-22 Amps complete all as dirceted.

Supply and fixing as in replacement V fan belt size 13x710 A 228 A 740 EL and belt No - C-2240C86 for blower Compressure ( evaporator Motor ). Make- Fenner, Denlop.

Servicing / maintenance of Twin Lobe Compressor Make Everest of capacity 1250 cum/hr, pressure 0.6 Kg/cm2, 1410 RPM coupled with elecctric driven AC induction motor of capacity 30 HP, three phase including carrying out maintenance check along with following repairs: (a) Dismantling of Twin lobe compressor in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engineer in Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts and assembling the same after filling Servo super 90 gear oil up to indicated level. (b) Heating, varnishing to stator, rotor with super quality varnish and drying out properly with external heat. (c) Cleaning, washing of bearing and use right quantity of ball bearing grease for bearing. (d) Assembling of motor with old serviceable parts and replacement of unserviceable parts with new as ordered where necessary. (e) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load. Note (i) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing, maintenance of motor, pump set, compressor etc to be included in the quoted rates and also labour cost in repair shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Any minor / major repairs involved to make the motor, pump functional even if notified by the Engineer in Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (iii) Rewinding of stator of motor . (iv) Greasing / oiling etc of parts as required shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Servicing / maintenance of centrifugal pump set of sewage discharge capacity 4.2 cum/hr, 30 metre head, 1440 RPM coupled with elecctric driven AC induction motor of capacity upto 15 HP, three phase including rewinding of motor carrying out maintenance check along with following repairs: (a) Dismantling of centrifugal pump set in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engineer in Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. (b) Heating, varnishing to stator, rotor with super quality varnish and drying out properly with external heat. (d) Checking play of impeller and bushing of pump and repair/replacement of bushes , gland, sleeves etc . (e) Assembling of motor with and pump replacement of unserviceable parts with new as ordered where necessary. (f) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load. Note : (i) Bearing shall be measured and paid separate . However all other items required for for making pump/motor functional shall be inclusive in quated rate .

Repair & Replacement pump parts such as bearing,impellor,seal and pump capacity 10 to 30 HP completely as specified as Engineer in Charge

Supply only the following (PROVISIONAL) items to incorporate against item No.23 here in before: (a) Cast iron impeller for non clog centrifugal pump suitable for upto 15 HP motor as per existing.

(b) Ball bearing suitable for motor capacity upto 15 HP as per existing (SKF, NBC, TATA).

Supply and installing as in replacement of 12 volt 160 AH lead acid wet maintenance free battery including initial charging with necessary material connecting with battery lead of DG set at site and setting aside unserviceable material for reuse or carry to store. Make : Exide/ Amaron.

Spray Painting of Pump & Motor any type, capacity upto 15 HP as per colour code (Shade) of MES specification after cleaning the dust particle of existing motor & Pump as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F in replacement Cross linked Plastic pipe(25-32mm dia) as per sample heavy duty for compressor use, one end fixing with compressor and other end to be fixed in collection chember(STP) at bottom with clamp for proper fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing cast iron flanged butterfly valve including taking down old unserviceable valve of size 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground ground level) and removing demolished material to a distance exceeding 50 metres but not exceeding 100 meters where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified directed by Engr-in charge.

Plain cement concerte 1:4:8 D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for disconnecting and removing the MOTOR of any make/model / type, from STP and foundations/ base frame located at different locations, by disconnecting electrical connections and pump couplers, taking it to workshop for repair, rotor assembly, removing burnt out winding wires complete, Rewinding of Motor same guage and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding, drying up by heating , assembling back the and rotor including replacement of bearing, nuts, bolts, studs, Gasket, packing, locking pin, terminal blocks, and terminal bolts and nuts and misc accessories & hardware required for making motor functional, both end bearings (labour only) with same size/make complete for 3Ph, 415V, 30Hp motors all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of CI pipes 100 mm(4" dia) dia suitable for and including with nut, bolts, washers, etc including Taking up or down old u/s sewage water mains (including all fittings), of any type including burning out joints, turning water OFF or ON as necessary and taking off and refixing covers, access doors etc. and with and including necessary flanged joints, nuts & bolts, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M& L for MS/CI/DI fittings upto 150mm bore such as collar, bends, any type, any dia, any radius, any angle, double end socketted or double flanged or spigot & socket, tail pieces, all socketed or all flanged with an equal & other end tapering bellmouth or flanged plates, connecting pieces straight, both end flanged or socketed of socket & flanged & spigot ends or bellmouth tailpieces, one end flanged & other end spigot or socket or tatering as bell mouth or flanged, caps blank flanges heavy duty suitable for mechanical joint/flanged joint with and including taking down old fitting of any type and any size all as specified & directed by Engineer In Charge Note: Certifiacte for Weight of fitting by the manufacturere shall be submitted before payment.

M & L for mechanical type joint made of MS sheet of size 6/8 mm thick along with rubber gasket nuts bolts and washers suitable for 150 mm bore dia of CI/DI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning filling in including spreading levelling and well ramming in n.exc. 25 cm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at & level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the domestic area of Air Force station.
