Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material (River Borne Materials) having CBR >= 20 as per Table 400.1 , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for gradings mentioned in table 400.1 complete with all leads and lifts for all materials and machinery including all charges and as per drawing, specifications of MPRRD / MP WRD and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.complete with all leads and lifts for all materials and machinery including all charges and as per drawing, specifications of MPRRD / MP WRD and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.complete with all leads and lifts for all materials and machinery including all charges and as per drawing, specifications of MPRRD / MP WRD and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 complete with all leads and lifts for all materials and machinery including all charges and as per drawing, specifications of MPRRD / MP WRD and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

ii) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.complete with all leads and lifts for all materials and machinery including all charges and as per specifications of MPRRD / MP WRD and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of Bitumen (VG-30) of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm size @ 0.18 cum per 10 sqm & 11.2 mm size @ 0.09 cum per 10 sqm aggregates using penetration grade/modified bitumen @ 14.6 kg/10sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A , Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 complete with all leads and lifts for all materials and machinery including all charges and as per drawing, specifications of MPRRD / MP WRD and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying seal coat sealing with Bitumen (VG-30) the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Case - II : Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 complete with all leads and lifts for all materials and machinery including all charges and as per drawing, specifications of MPRRD / MP WRD and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
