Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide and n. exc 1.50 mtr depth for foundation etc or for shafts , wells, cesspits , manholes , pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan & n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming of soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in manhole / drain covers with weep hole / without weep hole including necessary form work set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls , beams & columns etc as in roof & the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of slabs n. exc. 200 mm thick and similar works rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) in posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; ladders; railings and similar work complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mess any type any description complete all as specified and directed at site.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanized fencing, any type or size complete.

M&L for Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2 mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 30 here-in-before but except old size sub class 'B' bricks. (Note:- Old bricks retrieved from demolition shall be re-used)

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with CM 1:4 finishing fair, even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on wall over one coat of cement primer including preparing new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old painted brick or concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab or tiles of any description or thickness in floors etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick M-40 grade factory made machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over & including 25 mm thick sand cushion and joints filled with sand including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for running welding at site in repairs exc 6mm but n exc 9mm in length , thickness of Metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding at site in repairs exc 2.5cm but n exc 5cm in lengt in length ,thickness of Metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ornamental and intricate design framed work of mild steel conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in doors or gates including cutting, bending in required shape & design, welding etc framed & hung including pintel hinges, stops and hand made sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing in repair precast RCC jalli & pillars with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, thickness of RCC jalli 35 mm (measured solid) including all mouldings & frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 to precast pillars grooves and including reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.
