Fabrication of new open fuse assembly by fabrication of frame for housing new open fuse assembly using MS angle of 45 x 45 x 5 mm. Fabrication and welding the angle for making the frame and then applying one coat of primer for anti-rust and two coats of black paint and then fixing the frame in the earth by means of earth excavation and then filling the earth with cement concrete mix in 1:3:6 ratio. Job also includes providing and installation of new open fuse assembly by means of fixing of L-shaped aluminum bars in frames using ceramic insulators for installation of Al. wire fuse on the input side of the electrical supply on open fuse assembly and then connecting the cable to the one end of the open fuse assembly and then making connections using nuts and bolts of appropriate size. Providing and fitting of 3.5 core, 120 sq mm aluminum cable from transformer to voltage stabilizer -25 meters, thimbling the aluminum cables with 120 sq mm aluminum thimbles with help of crimping tool. Dividing of aluminum cable in 2 parts and providing and fitting of aluminum thimbles at both ends of LT fuse assembly for input from transformer and output to lift irrigation station. Providing and filling of transformer with 150 liters of fresh transformer oil. Providing and fitting of 250 amp, 3 pole MCCB on the main control panel of the lift irrigation station. The MCCB must be of reputed ISI mark make ( L&T, Schneider electric, C&S electric), Providing and fitting of 125 amp, 3 pole MCCB on the main control panel of the lift irrigation station. The MCCB must be of reputed ISI mark make ( L&T, Schneider electric, C&S electric). Complete job includes cost of material, skilled/ semi skilled labour, transportation charges, carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load. .Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be /done as per actual site conditions. The firm should offer rebate on old material.

Up gradation, strengthening and extension of damaged suction pipeline to water level inside the sump of pumping unit no I installed at Lift irrigation station Nikowal new. Providing, fitting of 300 mm MS pipe of 21 ft length for pump for replacement and extension upto the water level inside suction sump. Carriage of MS pipes to lift irrigation station using carriage vehicle and then unloading and shifting of pipes to lift station on head load. The pipe is to be fitted and divided as per alignment of suction pipeline as per site conditions. Providing, fitting and welding of 300 mm diameter MS flanges. Total number of 300 mm diameter plate flanges required is 8 no’s. Fabrication of MS bend out of 300 mm dia pipe with angle as per site alignment. The welding on all flanges should be double layered and leak proof. Providing and fitting of hexagonal nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets required for the job. The job includes laying and realigning of MS Pipeline from suction side of pumping units to sump tank of the lift irrigation station. Painting the suction pipeline by rubbing the surface with sand paper to make the painting area smooth and then painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of high quality (Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger paint). Complete job includes cost of material, welding charges, skilled/ semi-skilled labour, transportation charges, carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load. Up gradation, strengthening and extension of damaged suction pipeline to water level inside the sump of pumping unit no II installed at Lift irrigation station Nikowal new. Providing, fitting of 300 mm MS pipe of 27 ft length for pump for replacement and extension upto the water level inside suction sump. Carriage of MS pipes to lift irrigation station using carriage vehicle and then unloading and shifting of pipes to lift station on head load. The pipe is to be fitted and divided as per alignment of suction pipeline as per site conditions. Providing, fitting and welding of 300 mm diameter MS flanges. Total number of 300 mm diameter plate flanges required is 10 no’s. The welding on all flanges should be double layered and leak proof. Providing and fitting of hexagonal nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets required for the job. The job includes laying and realigning of MS Pipeline from suction side of pumping units to sump tank of the lift irrigation station. Painting the suction pipeline by rubbing the surface with sand paper to make the painting area smooth and then painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of high quality (Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger paint). Providing and fitting of cast iron, flanged foot valve with pressure rating of PN 0.2 of reputed make for pumping unit, the door face should consists of rubber with reinforcement of cotton canvas, after replacing existing damaged foot valve of pumping unit no 2 by cutting rusted nuts, bolts with gas cutting at intake source. Complete job includes cost of material, welding charges, skilled/ semi-skilled labour, transportation charges, carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load.
