Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including stacking them and disposing off the rubbish materrial complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster from ceiling & brick walls including wall tiles / terrazo / kota stone etc ; any type or any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed . Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Machine pressed precast concret interlocking paver block, any shape and size, conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand filling under floor/foundation with washed and screened dry fine river sand including watering, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base flooring and mass concrete as in base fdn etc complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down old deteriorated concrete /plaster of old surfaces of facia,parapet,slab edges,projection bottom etc & applying 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding,doubing coat complete all as specified and directed.Note:-Work is to executed in buildings of height upto 15 metres and Quoted rate of the item is deemed to included the same.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work etc and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

S&F MS work as in angle iron posts and struts in fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of size 100mm x 100mm mesh complete all as specified and directed. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed .

Supply only mild steel round bars,flats,square bars ,cut to length,bent to shape conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair galvanised,2strand,steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made),diameter of neck 5 to10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc. 5cm long including making holes on existing post without taking down complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description not exceeding 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for punched tape concertina coil, 600mm diameter ,06 metre openable length,having 50 Nos round per 06 metre, tied with angle iron post with necessary bolts,concertina coil of core wire diameter 2.5mm,blade thickness 0.5mm,blade length 12mm,width of blade 15mm and spacing of blade 26mm complete all as manufacturer and directed . Note: The weight of concertina coil shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks or brick tiles in brick on- edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed .
