SPL REPAIRS TO ROAD AT VNC, GNC, NP LINE AND MC LINE UNDER GE(CENTRAL) BANGALORE

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg. Per 10 Sq. Metres.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using Paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) as in semi dense asphaltik concrete mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with 8 to 10tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to pot holes of any depth not exc 1.00 sqm each in area including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring the sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth , making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 Sqm (using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for labour for premix bituminous macadam(Design Mix) with minimum 40-60 TPH bach type HMP using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 4% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade, level and alighnment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tindem roller to achieve the dezire compaction as per MORTH specification clause no 505 complete in all respects, (consolidated thickness 50 mm or less) etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone sett paving of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L Hardcore broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base or sub floors finishing the surfaces even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.
