M&L for dismantling of broken U/S existing earthing with galvanised steel strip 32x6mm or 10/8 SWG wire complete including removing of PCC from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electrical plate No 3. (ii) After completion of earthing, contractor has to arrange testing of earthing, if test result are not within permissible limits of relevant standard, contractor has to redo the earthing without any extra cost till results are found satisfactory.

M&L in repair for 10 sq. mm, 2 core LT under ground cable XPLE insulated PVC sheathed 1100 V grade armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor including testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 03 above but 25 sq. mm, 4 core cable.

All as per srl item no 03 above but 70 sq. mm, 3.5 core cable.

Material and Labour for GI tubing light grade in repairs incl. accessories for protection of cables on poles / under road crossing of 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and sperading clean dry (tibba) sand in trenches for cushioning all as specified for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Material and labour for stone slab(patti), roughly hammer dressed stone, 40 to 50 mm thick, 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 60 cm long laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming of soil in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 M from starting points complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation in repair of LT feeder bus bar enclosure cubicle type with RYB indication lamp, floor mounted type,bus bars TPN copper of size 25x3 mm -01 No mounted on insulator inside bus bar box alongwith MCCB of 63 AMps as incomer of bus bar in separate portion of LT feeder pillar box, 02 Nos of angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm legs 0.75 mtr long each imbeded in PCC outdoor type made out 1.6 mm thick with CRCA sheet, wheather proof with locking arrangement duly painted complete incl necessary earth work and PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in repair of LT panel board, outdoor type of minimum size 1500mm (height) X 1200mm (width) X 500mm (depth), gable roof, floor mounted, factory made (CPRI approved) suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system having bus bars chamber with copper bus bars of rating 400 amps duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour 400 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators. The panels shall be factory made, double door, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet totally enclosed dust, vermin and rust proof front operated, front and rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame of size 40X40X5 mm including embedding the panel in PCC platform and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with colour as directed including internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size incl lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable with 3 hinges to panel doors and locking arrangement as desired complete all as specified and directed comprising of the following:- (A) INCOMING (a) MCCB 160 Amps 4 pole 25 KA TM type (Icu=Ics=100%) including accessories like spreaders, nut bolt etc -01 No (b) RYB indicating lamp LED type suitable for panel mounting (Set of three) - 01 No. (c) Panel mounted multi function (voltmeter & ammeter) meter of accuracy CL-1.0 rating including CT - 01 No (B) OUTGOING (a) MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole 25 KA TM type (Icu=Ics=100%) including accessories like spreaders, nut bolt etc -03 No (b) MCB TPN 'C' 63 Amps, 15 KA-02 Nos (c) MCB TPN 'C' 40 Amps, 15 KA-02 Nos (d) Timer switch 415 V, three phase of 20 Amp rating with 2 pole contactor.
