Supply and installations of silent Diesel Engine Generating set 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy with AMF control Panel as per CPCB2 norms and foundation etc of capacity 30 KVA or its nearest higher size. A - DIESEL ENGINE: Liquid cooled, Electric start, four stroke, three cylinders, totally enclosed diesel engine developing 1500 RPM at NTP. The Engine is suitable for generating set application and fitted with the following standard accessories (i) Flywheel to suit coupling (ii) Suitable coupling (iii) Water cooling arrangement (iv) Radiator (v) Lube Oil Filter (vi) Lube Oil Pump (vii) Fuel Pump (viii) Hoses to fuel tank (ix) Air Cleaner assembly (x) (Residential Heavy Duty Silencer (xi) Fitted with requisite temperature and pressure gauges. B - ALTERNATOR 30 KVA TP CG/LS alternator at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor, providing three Phase 415 Volts suitable for 50 Hz, H class insulated winding, Close-direct-coupled, Self-excited and self-regulated type, screen protected, mounted on rigid MS sheet channel base-frame. The alternator shall confirm to IS: 13364, IS: 4722, BS5000, IEC: 34 and suitable for tropical condition.

D - ACCESSORIES 01. BASE FRAME: Suitable base frame of sturdy design with necessary reinforcement and with in-built diesel tank. 02. Fuel Tank: Daily service fuel tank of sheet metal, suitable enough for minimum 8 hours running of DG, complete with drain valve, air vent, inlet, outlet connections and mechanical gauge. 03. BATTERY: - One No. battery of 12 volt charged of Amaron or Exide make with its leads.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal, magnicium sulphate, common salt and connected with in and including GI strip of size 25x4mm by means of stainless steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to Transformers / panels. 40 mm bore of GI pipe (light grade) from earth plate up to testing point for protection of GI strip and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate pit with 40 mm thick precast RCC M-25 design mix cover of size 50cm x 50 cm with 8 mm round bar & 15 cm C/C both way all as per Electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-1 and funnel for watering including necessary excavation and earth work, (in any type of soil) incl main earth lead from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 Mtr Aluminium strip 25 x 4mm complete all as specifed. RCC cover shall be painted with red paint over a primer coat and the rate include in the unit rate of item.

Supply and fixing of steel tubing galvanized (light grade) 40 mm bore conforming to IS-1239 for passing cable under road/floor or fixing to poles for protection of under ground cable complete with flat iron 50x6mm clampsmade to shape and 12mm dia bolts, nuts and washers for fixing where required complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply and spreading sand dry cushioning to cable providing with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid in trenches all as directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified.

Supply and fix on load chage over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 100 to 125 Amps all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors, foundations filling and mass concrete.complete and all as specified.

M&L of Brick work with old size brick curved or straight on plan exceeding 6m area radius built in CM 1.6 bricks crushing strength not less than 75 kg/square cm complete and all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete and all as specified.

M&L hardcore of broken stone of gauge exc 63mm & n.exc 100mm deposited spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surface. complete and all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor 75mm thick finished even and fair without using extra cement complete and all as specified.

Note: The cost of transportation to MES store is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flat submersible cable 25 sqmm 3 core with stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade suitable for submersible motors and pumps and making electric connections all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of MS Column pipe heavy grade as per latest IS inside the bore well to header of size 100 mm including both side flange ended welded in every three mtr along with nut bolt and washer alongwith gasket incl fixing arrangement of chlorine dozing pipe line inlet and outlet connection complete with connection of pump motor and lowering inside of bore well complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of tie rod with tie bolt/nut washers of suitable capacity 20 to 40 HP submersible Pump Motor complete all as speficied and directed.

Supply and fix of MS tail piece of submersible pump of size 80/100 mm one side flange ended of existing size and one side of threaded end of suitable size as pump of capacity 20 to 40 HP Pumps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MS bends with flanged of size 100 mm dia bore with nut, bolt and gasket complete all as specified and directed.
