Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (Type B-1) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for matt finish heavy duty GVT parking tile with grey cement and pigment 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type-D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to receive chequered cement concrete tiles and paver blocks all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3D block/riverrock/cliffstone or as approved by Engg-in-charge, wall tiles in dado/vertical surface of size 300x600x8 to10 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface etc over andf including backing coat of 15mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PU coating chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including Screed bed (or) bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing in alternate bays between joints & contraction expansion joint or between the two contraction joints of flexural strength 40Kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25cm or less including necessary use and waste of side form work for laying pavement concrete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling plain or corrugated sheeting any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm fibre glass reinforced translucent sheeting fixed with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in iron gate,roof,wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel 0.50 mm thk of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw as in roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan n.exc 6m mean radius for man-holes/septic tank etc Sewer/Drain works built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS framed work such as grills ,Gratings, manholes covers etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes , frame work of water tanks and similar work conf to fe 410-0 or 310-0 providing one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided at working height up to 15m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old/previously treated steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed.
