Rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on green concrete surfaces of roof slab, projections and parapets mixed with WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid WPC of approved make Dr Fixit, Fosroc complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, copings, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Brushing neat cement slurry with wpc 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 3mm thick APP pre-fabricated membrane with non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gsm (min) impregnated and coated on both side layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with micro-perforated heat fusible polyuthene film on both surfaces over 0.3 ltrs/Sqm bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384. The weight of APP membrane shall not less than3.0 kg/Sqm and laid over primed surface by using torch and aply uniform preserve with roller. The overlap of membrane shall be 100mm on sides and 150mm on end laps. Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2Kg/Sqm over the membrane and finally applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 ltrs/Sqm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Torch shield, Asian paints smart care APP membrane, IWL, SIkka, Forsroc Note: (i) The work should be executed through authorised applicator only. Approval of which shall be taken from GE before commencement of work. (ii) The contractor has to furnish guarantee for 10 years for APP membrane.
