Eligibility Criteria

The Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons.

Any discrepancies in the tender document shall be brought to the notice of Tender Inviting Authority before the last date . If any, the decision of the Tender Inviting Authority shall be final.

All documents are to be uploaded through e-portal only.

All other conditions as per KW-1 Standard Tender document.

The decision of the Tender Inviting Authority shall be final in case of any discrepancies.

GST will be paid separately where ever it is applicable.

Work to be carried out as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Bidders are instructed to visit the site before participating in tender. Any objections regarding the items in the Schedule-B shall be brought to the notice of the authority. No objections will be entertained later & work has to be executed in complete manner.

Bidders should mention Address for Correspondence, Contact number & E-mail id in e-portal without fail.

Bidders shall submit Original documents as uploaded in e-procurement to the office of Executive Engineer(Electrical) for verification within 5 days of opening tender. No correspondence shall be made regarding the same from this office.
