Provision of additional electrical poles and LED lights at security wall around the perimeter of NCB and Provision of deficient/External facing perimeter security lights at 2W Det Goa under GE Gomantak Vasco

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in hard/dense soil for foundation, etc. or for laying of pipe line/ cable etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated rock, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying of pipe line/ cable etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well raming in layer excedding 25 cm each in any type of soil/rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils/rock) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE full rounded pipe conforming to IS 16205 Pt-24 of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection of size 50 mm inner dia and 63 mm outer dia complete all as directed.

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles 9 meter long with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including foundation bolts for pole fixingas specified type 410 SP-31, with and including painting of poles with black bituminous paint through out the length internally and outside upto planting depth and remaining portion 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work and concrete used for fixing of poles shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.

S&F Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including applying of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/pedestal of poles including necessary form work and finishing the surface with rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth withot using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for passing through cables laid under the floor, along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed .
