Material and labour for acid resistant tiles 15mm thick vitreous ceramic, unglazed, set, jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type, in floors or wall over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured designer concept tiles matching with existing tile 350x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick recuing in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for green marble 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, jointing and pointing with white cement slurry including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for granite (of any type) work 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform, verticle surfaces and any position in cement mortar 15mm thick 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including chamfering and rounding of edges where required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tenstile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Colour of galvalume sheet as directed by GE.

Supply and fix for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tenstile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Quoted rate shall be include upto 15m height of bldg/ hangers for scaffolding all as arrangement.

Supply and fix for mild steel work confirming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250 as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Quoted rate shall be include upto 15m height of bldg/ hangers for scaffolding all as arrangement.

Supply and fix for framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings frame work or water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 gde-E-16 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Quoted rate shall be include upto 15m height of bldg/ hangers for scaffolding all as arrangement.

Supply and fix for mild steel work hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, holdfast, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc., wind ties for roof including securing bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Quoted rate shall be include upto 15m height of bldg/ hangers for scaffolding all as arrangement.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously/old untreated surfaces steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of antirust PU enamel paint (apcolite) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc., including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including removing debries directed for a distance max upto 500m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulded masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM (1:6) etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for ready mix plaster for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC to be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for ready mix plaster for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for ready mix plaster for rendering 5mm thick on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting opening through brick walls built in cement mortar for door, windows or enlarging existing opening, converting window into door openings, etc., or cutting out defective brick work for under pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, and rubbish not exc 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern on one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of walls by vacuum based sanding machine, removal of nails etc., and filling cracks/ hole with putty and applying two coats oil emulsion distemper white or coloured over a coat of approved primer by auto roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Wall care putty measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for applying 2mm thick exterior grade wall care putty on wall/ ceiling multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and mixing of putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of camouflage pattern over one coat of primer on wall/roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface and removal outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Taking down earthing strips including insulators from roof for treatment and re-fixing of same with existing specification in the same position after laid APP membrance including replacement of broken insulators, PVC rawl plus and screws etc., are deemed to be inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work. (iii) APP work shall be carried out on RCC bent roof at 15-18m height (non accessible roof).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) roof or chajja padding of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope same like as in chajjas, balconies, canopies, desk slabs and in shelves and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Gujrat sand grade-I either river sand shall be used and confirming to IS-650:1991 (Second Rivision). It should have the finest modulus 2.5 to 3.5 and silt contents should not be more than 4%.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge: (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces. (b) A layer of 4mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 4.50 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps and joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Material and labour for appling two coat bitumen water proofing aluminium heat resistance paint @ 0.10 Kg/ sqm over two coats of primer on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for ready mix plaster 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top/ concrte surface including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC will be paid and measured separately.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink wood primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise specified over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 sqm each, removing from the site including cutting holes required for taking out existing hold fast etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ ceosetory windows and other frames/ chowkhat of size 50x100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately. (ii) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Material and labour for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water /moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix for aluminium door/window/ventilator/partition, made out of extruded powder coated aluminium sections, with sliding or openable shutters including frame and necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, powder coated aluminium snap beading,screws etc, complete and also including powder coated aluminium fittings such as stainless steel hinges, tower bolts, hooks and eyes, peg stays and handles, concealed star lock for aluminium window, mortice lock vertical type size 100mm 04 lever for door, including rubber beading suitable for fixing 4mm / 5mm thick glass in aluminium window /doors including connected items, with and including making good to the disturbed portion with its original specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for vitreous china squatting pan 'orrisa' pattern white colour of size 580x440mm with integral foot rests including provision of lime concrete including P traps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china coloured half stall urinal of size 480x300x740mm brass chromium plated brackets, fitting and waste coupling, CP bottle trap, urinal spreder, PVC connection etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in stone concrete block or slab walls making food to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for steel water tubing 15mm bore, galvanised, medium grade with and including provision of all fittings of ISI marked and connected including taking down old GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tank 2000 litres capacity (Cylindrical Vertical with Closed Top), black/ white in colour, three layered construction, hoisted and fixed in position all specified in MES schedule part-I, including tank nipple, union and Lowering of unserviceable water storage tank with float valve of any description including dismantling of existing water tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tank 1000 litres capacity (Cylindrical Vertical with Closed Top), black in colour, three layered construction, hoisted and fixed in position all specified in MES schedule part-I, including tank nipple, union and lowering of unserviceable water storage tank with float valve of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall (160mm bore) including flat iron claimp for proper fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC bends 160mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for rolling shutter with gear operated type with chain wheen out and hand chain, thickness of laths 1.25mm as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Rolling shutter height upto 8m or above.

Material and labour for preparing new or previously untreated steel surface of any decription over 10cm in width or girth and applying 2 coats of aluminium paint over one coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Chipping, removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer, breakar without damaging the structure and cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

Material and labour for clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc., complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of epoxy based zinc primer in a span of four hours over the treated rebars and allow to dry for six hours. The application shall be by brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) in damaged areas in 25mm to 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for drilling and fixing rohibb teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out as under: (i) Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles: Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty and let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the crack with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.

Material and labour for injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (approved make) and migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency, mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc., complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including, mixing of materialas: mixing of material components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting: Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressureat exit (2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel.

Material and labour for 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia additional main steel bar or stirrups of designed diameter in various structural elements like column, beams and foundations including drilling, bending, welding and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc., (Steel provided on the basis of 1% of volume of concrete) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel.

Material and labour for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or powder) through steel/ PVC conduit/ casing caping (fitting such as switchs, ceiling roses, pendants regulators socket etc., to be measured separately) removing material from any height and store for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of floor etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable (using colour code as per IS) 1100 volts grade drawn through concealed /surface PVC rigid conduit (ISI marked) at any height with all accessories including surface/ concealed sheet steel terminal/ CI box with 3mm thick hylam/ masonite sheet top cover including 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable for continuous earth conductor (using green colour) to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch 5 Amp, SP, one way 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
