Earth work in excavtion in trenches for foundations pipes cabe etc in ordinary soil (Loan clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 150 and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer i/c within a lead of 50m

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement 4 fine sand 8 grades brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.

Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand (of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, loabour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

2.5 cm thick damp proof xourse with cement and approved coarse sand 1:2 and including wate proofing materials as ordered by the Engineer-incharge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including proper completion of the work including proper curing and shuttering as necessary. sand filling in plinth under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including lead upto 1.5m excluding 305,309 cost of sand.

Earth in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be done form fo regular pits not exceeding 1/2 M. in depth and work embankment to be in 20cm. Layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 M. loft and 30M. lead . The earth from cutting to be used making embankment or to be diposited as spoil banks within 30M. distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. carted upto 5 km.

Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand mortar in structure including supply of all materials, labour tools and plants, etc. required for proper completetion of the work.

12mm Cement plaster in single coat of rough side of single of half brick wall for exterior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth No. extra for mixing any additive. 1 cement : 3 fine sand.

Cement plater 1:3 (cement:3 coarse sand) finished with a floting cost of neat cement roof.

Supply and fixing 5 mm thick china white glazed tiles in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finishing complete including supply of all materials labour and tools etc. required for completion of the work.( size of tiles upto 200 x 300 mm) si no. 628
