NOTE: 1. Schedule ‘A’ Part - I to V hereinbefore are prepriced by MES under Ser No.1.00 to 04.00 Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-6 only. 2. Schedule ‘A’ Part - VI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) hereinafter is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate left blank under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green colour filled under Col-6.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - VI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix Ductile iron pipe of size 100 mm dia, spigot and socket type, class K-9 conforming to IS-8329 with cement mortar lining (CML) with portland slag cement as per relevant IS code, with metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous coating as per relevant IS including all accessories, tyton joints of EPDM gasket and fitting specials complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ductile iron pipe of size 100mm diameter, double end flanged type class K 9 confirming to ID 8329:2000 with cement mortar lining with portable slag cement as per relevant IS code with metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous coating as per relevant IS including all accessories and fitting specials complete all as specified and directed.( Note: Flanged end pipe considered for incoming,out going (02) and wash out pipe line from ground level OHT inlet/outlet)

Material and Labour for EPDM gaskets for flanged joint of DI pipe of size 100mm , of thickness 3 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning three phase open well submersible pump 15HP,11KW, 2900 RPM, 415V, 50Hz, AC, totaly fan cooled, horizontal type and able to deliver 550LPM water to a head range of 60 to 100 m ,size 80x65m including necessary PCC foundation as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed. ( Make: Kirlosker Model No. KOS1555 or equivalent make as per list of manufactures)

Supply and fix fully automatic star delta starter 7.5 HP to 15 HP type ML 1.5 current rating 10 to 25 A in sheet-steel enclosure with single phase protection feature (motor rating AC-3 Duty, 425 V, 50Hz ,3 Ph) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve chamber 230 mm thick wall of 900 mm x 900 mm x 860mm ht internal size, necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, 150 mm thick PCC foundation in 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, brick work in walls with sub class B bricks built in CM 1:6, PCC Coping 75mm thick and bed blocks for embedding the angle iron hold fasts with PCC 1:2:4 type B using 20 mm stone aggregates, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick finished fair and even without using extra cement, including provision of MS Sheet cover 2mm thick fixed to MS angle iron frame made out of 40mm x 40 mm 4 mm thick, two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangements with lock and key including taring to the embedded steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION Supply and fix Integral LED aviation light 10W comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure above the top of overhead tank all as specified and directed . (Make : Bajaj, Cat No -BGAV 302 LE or equivalent make listed in list of manufactures)
