In case of general authorization letter, it must clearly indicate the validity period/expiry date. Offers with general authorization letter silent on validity period/expiry date will not be considered for placement of order and their offer received will be summarily rejected. (Please refer para 3.4 of part B of "SR TENDER CONDITIONS")
