Taking down water heater (Geyser) of capacity 25 ltrs operating on 230 volts AC electric supply, in any position and of any make, after disconnecting all electric connections and hot & cold water connection, including transportation to contractor 's workshop for repair and vice - versa, making the geyser fully serviceable and fixing back in same location / position or new location as directed, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Replacement of any unserviceable part required for making the geyser serviceable will be measured and paid seperatelly under relevant item as "supply only" and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (b) Where only a particular part of geyser is supplied and fixed in replacement, the relevant item of BoQ shall be operated and this item No 1 shall not be operated.

Preparation of surface of old water heater of 25 ltr capacity and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint as per existing colour code, including removal of unwanted paint splashes on glass and rubber items surfaces and re-fixing water heater its original location, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No. 3 above but 35-50 ltr capacity.

Brazing the inner shell of water heater of 25 ltrs capacity for removal of any leakage including replacement of glass wool and testing the same, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No.5 above but 35-50 ltr electric water heater.

Supply only heating element of 1500 watt suitable for 25 ltr capacity electric water heater, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: DASS PASS/RECOLD/ BAJAJ/ DITZ.

Supply & fixing in replacement CP connection with CP brass adaptor 350 mm long for electric water heater of capacity 25/50 ltr, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement PVC insulated flexible 3 core, 4 sqmm size copper conductor cable including making electrical connection to electric water heater and plug top, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosure, SPN, with a two pin socket and earth plug, with one MCB single pole, 240 Volts, 20 Amps, ‘B’ curve, 10 KA, complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing in replacement safety valve suitable for 25 ltrs/50 ltrs capacity Geysers, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells/Legrand/GEC.

Disconnecting and taking down ceiling fan of any sweep for carrying out overhauling such as cleaning , oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and replacement of minor parts such as washer, split pins/ blade screw etc and defective parts, if any, and refixing the ceiling fan on same location and connecting it properly and testing for noiseless running to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i). Defective parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. (ii). Cost of the minor parts i.e. washer, split pins/ blade screw etc shall be deemed to be included in unit rate & nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

Material and Labour for stripping out burnt winding of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep, cleaning rotor slots and making surface smooth, re-winding the fan with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge as per existing gauge with insulation material for ceiling fan of any make and model with and including of greasing/ oiling, testing and cleaning entire body, complete all as specified and as directed.
