Supply of Earthing Electrode System 78 mm x 3 m, with compound, for chemical earth pit making.

Supply of high grade Ground Black Fill Compound (GBFC) Bag (approx. 25 kg each)

Supply and providing 0.75" nuts & bolts

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. Ordinary Rock (3 m x 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 7 nos.)

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil ((For the 11 kV Main Substation: 850 sqm x 3 times = 2550 sqm), (For the Excavation Workshop Transformer location: 120 sqm x 3 times = 360 sqm), total: 2910 sqm

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe FRLS on earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. (upto 120 sqm)
