Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power roller incl filling in softs spots hollow and depression etc which occurs during rolling for portion coming on cutting/ original ground only to required level gradient or camber etc including watering before or during rolling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 150mm thick (spread thickness) soiling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone of gauge 40mm to 80mm deposited spread levelled in one layer interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consoildated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for PCC 100 mm thck with type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate ) as in sub base,flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L Cement concrete work in volleyball flooring/hardstanding of flexural strength 40kg/per sq cm in field using 400 kg of cement per cum including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge..

M&L for Factory made rubber moulded pre-cast cement concrete type B1 1 : 2: 4 (20mm graded aggregate) in kerb stone with plain fair faces, including chamfered, weathering throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match including necessary excavation embedding in the ground to depth indicated and tamping ground around and also for removing any surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtrs complete all as specified.

M&L Forming of 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade A, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound with Grade A, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and installation of certified 8 layers of synthetic acrylic system with thickness up to 3mm. The flooring should be certified and should have application as first layer of primer (% 100 acrylic latex based emulsion to improve bond of acrylic court system to the surface having consumption ratio of 0.014kg/sqft), second layer of acrylic Resurfacer (Filling and smoothing concrete surfaces in preparation for Acryflex T volleyball ground system. And also fills the surface chips, voids and conceals repairs while providing a smooth surface for color coating. It should have a consumption ratio of 0.046kg/sqft), Third, Fourth & Fifth layer of Unirubber liquid cushion layers at a consumption ratio of 0.10 kgs per sqft all together, Sixth layer of acrylic Resurfacer (Filling and smoothing asphalt or concrete surfaces in preparation for Acry flex T volleyball court system. And also fills the surface chips, voids and conceals repairs while providing a smooth surface for color coating. It should have a consumption ratio of 0.046kg/sqft. Seventh layer of basecoat (Quartz filled % 100 acrylic latex based textured tennis topcoat with consumption ratio of 0.078 kg/sqft) and Eighth layer of Topcoat (100% acrylic latex polymer & colour coat for the finished surface to protect from UV. It should have consumption ratio of 0.023 kg/sft). On top of these 8 layers, the line marking should be done with Overline paint (% 100 acrylic latex based high hiding line paints.It should have consumption ratio of 4 kg/court).An additional imported wire mesh layer comes as the top most 10th layer. . The acrylic resurfacer must have silica sand infill to be embedded into it with consumption ratio of 0.065 kg/sqft. The product must be approved/licensed/preferred by the respective International Sports Federation & used at the Indian/International Championships recognized by the respective Regional /International Sports Federation. The Sample coat should be approved by GE.

M&L for Line for complete volleyball ground marking strips, straight line and stop line not less than 5 cm thick with hot applied thermoplastic on volleyball ground marking paint of white by using automatic mechanical complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in fixing RCC/ any fencing posts and similar items complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F MS angle as in iron posts and struts, gates, flat & round bars in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, bolting etc and similar works like MS flat iron fillets confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolt 11 to 15 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other, screwed end to be fitted with one washer and hexagonal nut length exc 10cm but not exc 15cm long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F 3 mm dia PVC Coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of mesh size 50x50 mm fixed with straining bolts including line wire any mesh size and type to any type of standards , rails,straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavating in trenches , not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation , in soft/loose soil etc or for shaft , wells , cesspits, manhole , pier holes, bldgs, etc n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms moulds stopped end, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landing, cover slab (for manhole/drain etc) chullah hoods chajjas water troughs and similar atricles with plain faces and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, erecting steel tubular swaged poles type 410-SP-55 (11 mtr long) with cast iron base plate of dimension directed by Engineer in Charge, welded at bottom and cap finial taper plugs, bolt, nuts and screw, washers pole made up of MS tubing confirming to IS-2713 Part-II including drilling of holes painting with two coats of bituminous paint internally and externally embedded portion in ground/concrete and painting exposed surface with two coat of aluminium paint and one coat of red oxide primer as directed and fixed in true vertical position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.Make of Pole : M/s Bombay Tubes/ M/s Jindal Steel products/ M/s India Tube Co/ M/s Bharat Poles/ National tubing as approved by GE.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Spreading of natural, clean, dry, river sand in trenches cushioning to under ground cable/ Two Pole structure yard including punning down of thickness 180mm sand in layers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supply and Laying Un-reinforced Pre cast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak size 300mmx180mmx40mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix PVC Sintex looping box pole having copper bus bar suitable for looping cable from one pole to another pole connections including two numbers of single pole MCB of rating 10 Amps for controlling the each individual Flood lights and fixing arrangement to pole all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L Submain wiring for looping box to each flood light with 2 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade 2.5 sqmm drawn through conduit as per IS specification fixed from looping box to top of the pole and at the top near the flood light good quality and durable PVC flexible pipe and including provn of PVC insulated 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in Charge. Note : Two runs of 2.5 sqmm cable for phase and neutral alongwith one run of 2.5 Sqmm as earthing wire PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, PVC Flexible pipe accessories will be measured as one length.

M&L for Flash LED flood light with lens (125Lm/W) made out of hih pressure die cast aluminium with toughened glass potted driver with IP-66, in milky white/ Warm white colour light of 400 Watt LED Flood Light CW, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
