Supply anf fix ductile iron pipe fittings such as bends, tapers, tee pieces single branch, Y junction, collar, caps and plugs etc, spigot socketed or flanged ends type for following nominal bore including push on rubber tyton joint confirming to IS-9520/2000 with pressure rating PN-1 (all the fittings shall be coated for rust prevention i.e external coating zinc rich paint with finishing layer of bituminous as per annexure-A of IS 9523/2000 and internal lining shall be of cement mortar with seal coat as per annexure B of IS 9523/2000) complete all as directed.

Taking down existing old unserviceable sluice valve of following sizes and removing from site complete all as directed:-

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking confirming to IS:8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00 meter of classification k-7 suitable for and including push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS:12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure for follwoing sizes complete all as directed. Note : (i) Excavation earth works shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) DI specials shall be measured and paid for separately.(iii) Rubber tyton gasket shall be of same make as that of pipe

S & F cast iron non rising sluice valve, brass spindle, flanged ends PN-1.6 ISI marked as per IS 14846/2000 and CI operating wheel including gasket, nuts, bolts and washers for following size complete all as directed.

Supply and laying pipe galvanized steel water tubing, "medium grade" , ISI marked including fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laying in trenches, etc complete for following sizes complete all as directed. Note: The rates also include cutting through walls, floors, etc, and their making good.

Supply and fix cast iron Air Valves with two air outlets, conforming to IS:14845 of size 100 mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains complete all as directed.

Supply and fix strainght plain brass ferrule (or connecting screw) screwed both ends and fixed for iron pipe of following sizes complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for follwing size of pipes complete all as directed:-

M&L for construction of valve chamber of internal size 900 x 900 x 900 mm including necessary earth work, excavation PCC 1:4:8 in foundation type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, brick wall in CM 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including provision of MS sheet cover 3.0 mm thick with MS angle frame 40 x 40 x 6 mm all round and at diagonals of size 25 x6 mm and MS plate welded to MS angle as shown in drawing (CEJZ/TD/819/91) embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

M&L for construction of valve chamber of internal size 750 x 750 x 750 mm including necessary earth work excavation PCC 1:4:8 in foundation type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, brick wall in CM 1:4 , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including provision of MS sheet cover 3.0 mm thick with MS angle frame 40 x 40 x 6 mm and MS plate welded to MS angle as shwn in drawing(CEJZ/TD/819/91) , embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for laying pipe lines and getting out as in soft / loose soil complete all as directe.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for to support the pipe line etc, including necessary form work complete all as directed.

M & L for brick work with bub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan of any radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.
