Opration & Maintence for: Required Team for O&M on Transfer Station Supervisor 2 No. for 6 FCTS. MachineOperator One no. 1 Nos . Per FCTS. Helper 3 Nos per FCTS.

AMC of Transfer Station (Each): Scope of work: . All repair work for hyd. Cylinder leakage, Cylinder seal replace, hyd. Hoses replace, lubrication and all sliding metlons and mechanical wear and tear, suction filter, retrun filter, breather filter serbice or any other repairable work in FCTS. Transfer Trolly: . Transffer Trofly repair work. (Only 02 Transfer Trolly per FCTS). If needed replacement of Transfer Troly with new, it will be on chargealbe basis. Container: . Container repair work only. (Only 02 Container per FCTS). If needed replacement of container with new container it will be on chargeable basis Hook Loader: included in scope of work: a. Hook Loader without chassis including general repair and maintenance only for equipment. b. Equipment properly in working conditions, Hydraulic Oilcheck and topup. Excluded in scope of work.

a. Any Non-repairable parts/work not included in AMC. Either it will be changed or repair work is in NNG scope or on chargeable basis. B. Chassis service, tyre or tyre puncture, insurance, fitness or any kind of accidental damage not included in bidder scope. Hydraulic oil top-up or new filling. 6. Suction filter, return filter & breather yearly replace required. 7. Welding Machine. 8. Gas Cutting. 9. 02 Cylinder 10. L.P.G. Cylinder. 11. Electrode. 12. Grinder Wheel. 13. Cutting Wheel. 14. FCTS Mechanical repair work. 15. Transfer trolley wheel, motor, Gear Box, Bearing Pin & Bush repari or replace. 16. Container -20 Cum roller, rachet, repair or replace. 17. Container repair work for repairable condition. 18. Conveyor Belt, repair or replace. 19. Head Pulley repair or replace. 20. Guide roller repair or replace. 21. Bearing UCT-212, UCP-212 or Gear Coupling replace.
