Hiring of earth cutting/excavating machineries to be deployed for earth cutting/excavating or filling making diversion bandh and channel wherever required including cost of fuel oil lubricants and wages of operational staff any repair breakage during operation will be carried out by the owner at his own risk and cost including shifting of machinery one place to another place at required location. Actual working hours will be accounted for the payment and six hour per day working will required average minimum 20 cum (twenty cum) excavation in all kind of soil including loading in tippers trucks and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts will have to be ensured one hour working (Excavator cum loader)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like, and mass concrete including plinth beams and column as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending ,binding and placing in position including binding wire complete upto floor two level in all respect as per directions to the entire stasfication of Engineer- in- Charge.
