Sch 'A' Part-IB SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP)

Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Design, Supply, construction, installation, testing & commissioning of Packaged type Sewage Treatment Plant 200KLD capacity based on principle of aerobic attached growth non-clogging randomly Moving Bed Bio-reactor (MBBR), including required foundations and & covering of all motors with MS sheets covers & the following:- (a) One no. Fine bar screen RRC (M-30) of size 3Mx 0.35x 0.3M with MS epoxy construction to be installed in fine baar screen chamber provided at an angle of 60 degree. (b) One no. Oil & Grease Removal Chamber of size 2.6M x 3.0M x 0.6M in RCC M-30 design mix concrete. construction (c) One no. Equalization tank of size 5.8M x 5.8M x2M (min) in RCC construction with design mix concrete of grade M-30 including provision of one lot UPVC heder and lateral type air grids.

(d) Two numbeer CI submersible nonclog pumps with specification 3 phase 8.33 cum/ hr flow and 14 mtr head , 5HP capcity complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittng . Float type Level sensor should be provided in the tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per water level in equalization tank.One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided. (e) Provision of two numbers 3 phase CI Air blower Positive displacement, root type, twin lobe of capacity 300 /5 Cum/hr/head complete with motor and all necessary accessories & fittings, for providing air in equalization tank, MBBR reactors & Sludge holding tank. One no. Air rotameter is to be provided in each line to MBBR reactor ,Equalization tank sludge holding tank. (f) One number M/S Epoxy Anoxic chamber of size 2.60Mx 0.85mx 3.70M with internally fitted MSEP Mixer slow speed turbine type alongwth accessories . (g) Two Set of MS Epoxy MBBR Tank of size 3.60M x1.30M x3.50M with arrangement of SS header and lateral type air grid having UPVC riser pipe with fludisedmmedia and media retaing shieves etc.

(h) Two nos. sewage centrifugal monobloc self-priming recirculation pumps 3 Phase2.5 Cum/Hr 8m head 2 HP capacity complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings. One pressure gauge for each pump is provided (j) One No. MS Epoxy Tube settler tank of size 2.60Mx 1.70M x 2.10M having PVC square type tube alongwith, supporting structure & collection trough. (k) Two nos. 3 phase sewage centrifugal monobloc self-priming 5.5 cum/hr ,8M head 2HP pump complete with motor and all necessary and fitting . one pressure gauge for eachpup to be prvided. (l) One no.MS Exopy contact chlorine cum filter feed tank of size 3.95M x1.25M x 2.55M with one set of chlorine dosing system comprising of 100 ltr HDPE Tank, 02 Nos dosing pumps (1W + 1S) with necessary connections for dosing of solution and connecting tank. (m) Two nos. filter feed centrifugal monobloc self priming pumps 3 phase 9.09 Cum/Hr 25 m head 5 HP complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for feeding tertiary unit,Float type Level sensor should be provided in the chlorine contact cum filter feed tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation . One pressure gauge for each pump is provided.

Item No. 2.00 Contd... (n) One no. Dual Media filter,for 200 KLD package type STP complete with media, frontal piping, valve and pressure gauges to measure pressure across the filter. (o)One no. Activated Carbon Filter ,for 200 KLD capacity STP complete with media, frontal piping,valve and pressure gauges to measure pressure across the filter. (p) One no.10,000 ltr HDPE Treated Water tank with fitting to receive treated water coming from outlet of activated carbon filter. (q)One no. Sludge Holding Tank in MS Epoxy, of size 2M x 2M x 2M with arrangement of UPVC header and lateral type air grid complet with fitting to receive sludge from table settler tank. (r) Two nos. sludge transfer self priming monobloc pumps 3 phase 3.83 Cum/ Hr 25m head 5HP complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for sludge bag unit, Level sensor should be provided in the sludge holding tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per level in the sump. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

SCHEDULE "A" PART -IX (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Note:- This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col.' F ' signifies this fact only.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY S&F in repair LED batten with LED tube light 20 watt, 230 Volts Energy efficient surface mounted luminaire , Pre-wired with high efficiency electronic driver, connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size including taking down the existing light fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for security light bracket made out of GI tubing medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long 40 mm dia including bending, welding as required and making holes including provision of flat iron clamps 50x 6 mm thick (02 Nos) with nut, bolts and washers suitable for fixing on steel tubular poles/PCC poles including taking out of old unserviceable bracket, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED Bldg security luminaire 25 W Aluminium PDC housing, toughened glass cover, IP 65 protection with Surge Protection 5kv , pre-wired , connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size including taking down the existing light fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply & fix monoblock pump set suitable for 415V , 3 phase 5.1 LPS 24m head having capacity 5 HP, 3.7 KW (For pumping treated water) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix CI Valve, reflux, with by-pass Arrangement, 50 mm (2”) dia complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix DOL starter 415 Volts, suitable for 5 HP monoblock pump enclosed in a sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level )with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Notes:-The unit rate also including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix , type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways ,GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, wire mesh, protection pipe 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete all as specified and as directed..(STP LT Panel -02)

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all complete as specified and described.

M&L for street light bracket made out of GI tubing medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long 40 mm dia including bending, welding as required and making holes including provision of flat iron clamps 50x 6 mm thick (03 Nos) with nut, bolts and washers suitable for fixing on steel tubular poles/PCC poles all as specified.

Supply and fix thermo plastic Terminal box IP 66 " halogen free and weather proof" for outdoor installation of size 139 x 119 x70 mm with locking arrangements including necessary mounting arrangement on any location/size of pole with clamps, nuts, bolts washer etc fixed to poles including one Nos SP MCB suitable capacity all as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting, pressure dia cast Aluminium IP 66 road way lumanaire including LED driver, surge protector, fixing nut bolts complete with all acessories of 72 W watt including electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm dia by means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 50 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed by Engr -in-Charge including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast cover PCC cover lab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnels , wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 and testing complete. NOTE : The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per colour code followed in AF Station.

Supply and fix double compression copper stainless steel gland for fixing armoured cable in panel of size 6-16 sqmm 4 core and above complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core and one run of 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core in steel conduit from juction box to light fitting all as specified.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL s&f 300mm diameter X1 groove MS pulley alongwith hook and chain capacity 6 ton complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel chain pulley block 0.5 ton capacity, manual operational type, 3m lifting capacity complete with necessary chain and hook all as specified and directed.

Dewatering the excavated trentches and pools of water in the building trentches, pipelines trenches, well works, by using pumps and other devices including disposing of water to safe distance as directed by Engr-in-Charge (including cost of machinery, labour and fuel) etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F S.F.R.C frame and cover of 56cm dia and thickness 90mm complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Providing and constructing 100mm dia, 6m height GI pipe ventilator including B.B masonary chamber in C.M 1:4 including bed concrete in M 150 and providing 12mm thick cement in C.M 1:3 wire guage, excavation with all strata, refilling and transporting excess stuff, including, providing and fixing 100mm dia, SW pipe etc, complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE "A" PART -X (MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF STP): Maintenance and operation of Sewage Treatment Plant in two shifts (of 08 hrs duration each) per day including Sunday and holiday with one semi skilled operator for trouble free operation to ensure maximum optimisation of plant including monitoring the performance of the treated sewage by data logging, monthly report preparation and reporting to MES on performance of Sewage Treatment, maintenance of different types of pumps, blower etc. including periodic cleaning (fortnightly) , scheduled maintenance of running equipments, attending to the emergency break down of the components, regular testing of plant equipments by 'Walk Down' checks of internal conditions of equipments such as plant performance, pump test, decomposition system testing, etc. careful logging of Operational Data and periodically processing it to determine any abnormal or slowly deterioating conditions, careful control and supervision of operational conditions including all consumables and spare parts for maintenance of plant as directed by Engr-in-Charge from the next date of completion of Phase - I.

Item No. 28.00 Contd… Note:- (i) The quoted rates of bidders shall be deemed to be inclusive of the following aspects as below and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (a) Generation and submission of reports in soft/ hard copy format as required by the Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Area cleaning and removing of grasses, bushes etc. as per instructions of the Engr-in-Charge. (c) Safety and security of all equipments, chambers, T&P, substation complete. (d) Sufficient trained manpower as per OEM or routine schedule/break down maintenance of all Plant equipment, HT/LT control system etc. (ii) Any defective equipments/ parts of STP plant shall be replaced without any extra cost during defects liability period.

Item No. 27.00 Contd… (iii) The operators and helper as per OEM's instruction for proper maintainance of the Sewage Treatment system working for 08 hrs shall consitute one shift and the quoted rate of the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. (iv) Safety chart, First Aid chart and First Aid kit will be provided by contractor and the quoted rate of the contractor shall deemed to be included of this aspect. (v) Periodical cleaning of all STP tanks, chambers and equipments shall be done on quarterly basis alongwith dated photographs, to be kept on record, as per instruction given by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 28.00 Contd… (vi) All consumables like bio culture, Chlorine/Alam etc., as required for regular maintenance ofplant is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra amount entertained on this account. List of consumables shall be recorded and submitted to Engr-in-Charge during the claim of RAR. (vii) All test parameters for treated water shall be tested on quarterly basis from any National Test House/IIT/NIT/Zonal Lab./Command testing Lab/NABL Lab/Govt approved Lab to confirm that parameters of treated sewage water are within specified limits and the test reports shall be submitted by the contractor with the interim payment bill due at the time of such testing. (viii) Outsourcing of services of Maint & Operation shall be done through OEM/their authorized service agency. Necessary MOU shall be submitted for item No. 27.00 to 32.00
