Regular repair and maintenance of road and pothole in Ward No. 30 and 31

Cleaning the existing B.T. surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and or compressed air to receive bituminous.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface spraying primer @ of 0.60Kg/M2 using manual means including cleaning the surface and applying primer coat as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification.

Providing and laying "BITUMINOUS MACADAM" with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with Bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibrating and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge work.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to "WET MIX MACADAM" specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H.

Earth work excavation in all Kinds of soil in water upto 0.60 mtr depth requiring the aid of pan & vessel within 50mtr initial lead and 1.50mtr initial lift.

Labour for Removal of Cement Concrete Paver Blocks of different thickness & size/shape made by manually over 50 mm thick Compacted bed of coarse sand, and remove the sand from the surface and stacking for reuse etc., all complete as Per Direction of Engg.-In-Charge. etc. complete.

P.C.C (1:4:8) using 40mm size black hard crusher broken metals with all cost, conveyance, royalty etc. and complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Labour charge for Laying Factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds, Laid in required gray colour and Pattern over 50mm thick Compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking Paver Blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, Filling joints with Fine sand and cutting of Paver blocks as per required size/Pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and Lanes/Road etc, all complete as Per Manufacturers Specifications and Direction of Engg.-In-Charge excluding cost of 80mm thick C.C. Paver Blocks of M-35 grade With approved colour design Pattern etc. complete.

Providing and Laying Factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds, Laid in required gray colour and Pattern over 50mm thick Compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking Paver Blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, Filling joints with Fine sand and cutting of Paver blocks as per required size/Pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and Lanes/Road etc, all complete as Per Manufacturers Specifications and Direction of Engg.-In-Charge. 80mm thick C.C. Paver Blocks of M-40 grade With approved colour design Pattern (Post G.S.T) without Cost of Paver Block.
