M&L for pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry, exc 10cm width, blocks cast in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, set in CM 1:6, including demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling under sunken floors etc, including demolition of cement concreteof any description and in any position otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for floors including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.all as specified and directed.

M& L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match including screed bed or bedding layers 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing, rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match including screed bed or bedding layers 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing, rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed ceramic tiles (350x450 x 7mm thick ) on dado & skirting , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering with rough finished in cement mortar 1:4 to received tile including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing, rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed. etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms,floor, walls and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and polishing including dismantling of existing unserviceable stone tiles alongwith cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling boards including grid of any description fixed in any position with nails or screws etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F for anodoised aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work for ceiling 605mm x 605mm using aluminium anodised sections aluminium sections main tee 36.5X25X1.4mm, cross 23.5X26.4X1.4mm, angle 25X25x1.4mm including cutting, drilling jointing etc complete including 4mm dia of GI hangers wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors and providing 4mm thick E-boards (Classic) 605mm x 605mm size including 2 coats of OBD over one coat of primer all as specified and asdirected.
