Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width 6 to 9 mm after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with IRC:SP: 53, sprayed at the rate of 11 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 11.2 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.12 cum per 10 sqm, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902.

Tack Coat (i) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.Clause 503. MORD

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Road marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic Compould with Retrorflectrisd Glass Beads. Providing and laying of thormoplastic paint applied thermoplastic compouud 2.5 mm thick including reflectorised glass beads @ 250 gm/Sqm area thickness of 2.5mminclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streeks and holes.
