Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core (One run for VHF Hut) NOTE :- For item No.1 to 5 , Excavation and connected items required will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/repair of cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M & L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan n exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Labour for riddled earth done through by riddle of excavated soil and spread the same as 23 cm layer on below and upper part of the cable as cable cushioning to UG cable all as per clause 19.75 of SSR part -I

Supply and laying common burnt clay, bricks, sub class 'B' designation 75 and laid over the sand cushioning in cable trench for protection of cables all as specified and directed

Supply and lay GI tubing light grade, 80mm dia in trenches for road crossing/laid in floors etc as cable protection all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No 12 here in before but 50mm dia

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6, to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M & L Pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slab all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate)as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars of 10 mm dia and above cut to length, bent to shape including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc for cover slab complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 2 with one colar per length of pipe of 450 mm dia for road crossing all as specified and directed.

S & F automatic transfer switch incl automatic/manual with inbuilt time delay, 250 Amp, 415 volts, 50 Hz, four pole with sheet steel enclosure all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 20 here in before but 160 Amp capacity

All as per item no 20 above but 100 Amp capacity

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning , LT 415 Volts, 4 wire, AC, 50 Hz, cubical panel, factroy made, indoor pedestal type, LT panel board, double door type (openable front and back) weather and vermin proof, fabricated of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet,confirming to Latest IS 8623(CPRI Approved), powder coated RAL-7032 with seven tank Pre-treatment and outside loacking arrangement, two earth terminal, and cable glands for all incoming and outgoing cables including grouting of LT panel 30cm above ground level by providing 60cm long iron angle of size 50x50x6mm welded on all four corners embeded in PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm stone agregate upto 30cm grouted in ground and 30cm above ground for coping complete all as speciied and direted by Engr-in-charge including the following components :- (For non critical load of Radar & Ops complex) (a) Four Nos of aluminium bus bars of high conductivity, 3 Nos for phase (RYB) and one No for neutral of current rating 600 Amps mounted on porcelain support. (b) Incoming : MCCB with adjustable thermal and magnetic protection unit, 400 Amps, 36 KA four pole 415 volts, Ics=100%, Cat Part No Legrand, DPX³ 630 - 4220 07 or equivalent in ABB, Siemens - 01 No. (c ) Outgoing : MCCB with adjustable thermal and magnetic protection unit 250 Amps, 36 KA four pole, 415 volts, Ics=100%, cat part No Legrand, DPX³ 250 - 4202 49 or equivalent in ABB, siemens - 02 Nos.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or revited, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M & L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x600mmx 6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm dia connected to earth plate electrode by means of bolts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected with and including 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe not less than 7.5 meters long all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule part-1, with and including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pit with cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 kg per sqmtr with handle and angle iron frame, watering arrangement with 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe, GI funnel with wiremesh, filling with mixture of common salt and charcoal, necessary excavation, refilling, removing away soil and earth work in any type of soil, testing and commissioning complete
