Improvement to civil works of Jhankarpali MIP(D/W) in Balangir block of Balangir District under the scheme OIIPCRA for the Year-2023-24. (BGR-29)

Clearing and grubbing jungles including uprooting tank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unseviceable material and stacking of useful materials with supply of all labour T&P and all taxes as per prevailing norm etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil with initial leads and lifts, delfts and depth of cutting to proper slope and level including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 cm (1’) in depth and depositing the excavated earth on bank to proper embankment and profile with all leads and lifts labour and depositing the balance spoil away from work site with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Excavation of approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means, loading into and transportation ny mechanical means and loading the soil within 1km lead on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading & levelling the earth in layers of 22.5cm thick to make ready for watering and compaction with dozers/modern vibratory rollers or compactors but excluding watering & compaction in dams and dykes for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Ramming or rolling earth work with light H.R.R. in embankment in layers not exceeding 0.3m as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed to proper slope, level and profile making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts including dewatering from foundation if necessary complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading , unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kind of soil including moorum. stoney earth, gravel etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum in size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade with nominal reinforecment (excluding cost of M.S. rod, carriage and labour for cuttin, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod ) using 20mm and downgraded, crusher broken hard granite stone aggreagate of approved quality quarried,free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the designed specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrator and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plants, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and supervision charges including mobilization & demobilization of men & machinaries, T&P with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & placing HYSD bars reinforcement and tying the grills as per approved design and specification placing in position including providing lapping where necessary and supplying of binding wire 18 to 20gauge with supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norms and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect directed by the Engineer -in-charge (weight of binding wire is not including for payment purpose)

Providing rigid, smooth centring & shuttering for concrete works including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismentaling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delifts including supply of all labur, all taxes as per prevailing norms and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge.(for foundation and plinth)

Fine dressing of earthwork in in slope of dams and embankment including trimmed to requird profile and turfing with best compacted dub grass sods with all leads and lifts including periodical watering with labour, all other taxes as per prevailing norms and T&P till survival of the turf etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( Mesurement and payment will be made on survival of the turf.)

Rough stone dry packing in riprap to the slopes of earth dam and dyke to all height, profile and level using hard granite broken stone of 30cm and above size and above of approved quality, quarried, free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stone wedges including including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials,supply of all labur, all taxes as per prevailing norms and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Collecting, supplying, stacking and spreading moorum of approved quality and consolidation with PRR with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials,watering cost, supply of all labur, all taxes as per prevailing norms and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Filling foundation & plinth with sand well watered & rammed including cost, conveyance, royallty @ taxes of all materials & cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying RCC spun pipe 600mm diameter with CC (1:3) concrete including cost, conveyance, royalty and all taxes of RCC spun and including supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P etc. to complete the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
