REPAIR AND MAINT OF PARKING SHED HARDSTANDING DHOLPUR STONE STONE SETT FLOORING AND COVERED SHED IN ZONE C AREA AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, mud stops, channel/ benching of manhole laid to shape and slope surface finished even and smooth using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), of size 300mm x 100mm x 200mm and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in window or cills, lintels, copings, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for providing Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 Nominal Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls ,beams and coloumns in floors,roofs,landings, kitchen slabs etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 to 30mm thick Dholpur sand stone of red colour cladding for Gate/vertical surface/wing wall gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat-30mm X2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment to joint of Dholhpur Stone is considered to avoid the water penetration in to cladding and also to avoid hydration mark on cladding which will spoil the elevation over and including cement screed bed/backing layer 15mm thick in CM 1:3 etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in cladding for bottom portion of gate pillars/ wing wall/ vertical surface, gang saw cut with machine cut edges and like in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough finished flat formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and similar work not exc. 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) work as rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings, framed guard bars, ladders etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and directed.
