Bidders are required to submit a duly signed certificate as per clause 2.4.3 of NR ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024 for compliance to the conditions regarding restrictions on procurement from bidders from countries sharing land borders with India. The format of certificate is mentioned below for ready reference of bidders. As per Drug Procurement Policy 2014. The remaining shelf life of the offered product should not be less than 80 % of total shelf life or it should not be older than 06 months from the date of manufacturing (whichever is more) at the time of supply. In specific cases, CMD/CHD (also means PCMM/CMM, if procurement is done by stores officers) may relax this condition on case to case basis with the written undertaking by the firm that the firm will replace unused quantity free of cost before expiry date of that item with fresh batch. A strict watch has to be kept in all cases of such relaxation
