Supply ,installation test and commissioning, transformer step down of capacity 315 KVA, BIS (ISI ) MARKED complete with all standard fitting , 11/0.433 KV three phase, copper wound IN DOOR type distribution transfomer conforming to IS -1180 part-(I) 2014 Level II double wound oil immersed , naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary HT side, and star on LT side manual type load tap chagning facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from at 2.5% to +7.5% to be chagned by means of hand operated off load tap chagning,including first filling of transformer oil of suitable die- electric strength including standard accessories as per ISand making connection on HT and LT side etc including dismantling existing foundation from the room and reconstructing new foundation of pcc as per Specification of manufacture to with stand the load of 315 KVA TRANSFORMER and making good the disturbed area as existed all as specifeid and directed by Engrs in Charge

Supply & laying and testing XLPE insulated screened , PVC bedded,galvanised steel wire armoured electric power cable(heavy duty) with aluminum conductor XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised of 11000 volts, (Earthed ) grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying of half round reinforced concrete pipe, of dia 180 mm, half round for bottom and half round for top. an before laying excaved area shall be leveled. complete all specified and directed. Note : 01 Half round top and 01 half round bottom together will be considered as one running meter.

M&L for laying of Reinforced concrete pipes,class NP2 with one collar per lengh of pipe of dia 150mm ,full round and before laying exacaved area shall be leveling complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr depth n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in sof/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr depth n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in Hard/Dense Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for OUT DOOR type termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material such as lug etc and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 3 core 120 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for IN DOOR type termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material such as lug etc and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 3 core 120 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 80 mm bore GI pipe light grade with fitting and special for protection of cable and fixing to the existing pole / laid in trench etc with flat iron clamp 25x3 mm including nut and bolt and washer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aluminium point wiring( light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants holder,regulators sockets, light fitting etc removing materials deposited to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring of any length using approved colour coding as per IS,with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq.mm(Nominal area),single core,PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable 1100 volts grade,ISI - 694 marked in and including heavy duty,PVC casing caping including all accessories etc.,heavy duty ISI marked,with mild steel concealed sunken boxes with earth dolly with laminated bakelite sheet of min. thickness of 3mm suitable for switches/sockets,etc,including PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) single core cable as earth and connecting to earth dolly complete and including cutting and chases in the wall for box and all as specified for the following:- Note:- Making good of disturbed surfaces will be done by contractor without any claims.
