Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or PCC block or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or PCC block walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No.1 to 4:- All the rubbish obtained from demolition / dismantling/ Taking down shall be removed and deposited to outside MD land at contractors own arrangement. The quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of this provision.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exc.10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping on walls, finished even and fair incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repiar galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized MS wires, staples, steel pins etc all as directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair punched tape concertina coil of 610 mm diameter made out of 2.6mm dia SG hot dip galvanised spring steel wire of tensile strength 145 to 150 N//sqmm (Min), each coil having a minimum 50 turns (circles) per 6m length(stretched) and an average weight of not less than 8.57 Kg (for 50 turns) including handle and spike at both end of coil erected in position on top of existing Y-shaped mild steel angle / barbed wire by fixing with GI clip for securing, with punched ribbon tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre including necessary welding to the MS Section and as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified.
