Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto all leads and lifts. as directed by Engineer-in-charge All kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Retaining walls, return walls, Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.- All work up to plinth level :

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Constructing Boundary wall i.e brick masonry in super- structure in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) laid upto 1.50 metres above ground level height above ground level & 23 cm. thick over 38 mm thick DPC & 20 mm cement concrete topping on the top of Boundary wall, 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 sand) on fair side , 20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) on rough side & P/F 'Y' Angle iron 2.00 mtr. C/C & 0.60 mtr. on elevatiion , Enamel paint on MS Angle & P/F Concertina Coil & fencing with punched tape concertiona Coil 600 mm as per standard design i/c water proofing cement paint on both side of walls complete in all respect i/c carriage of material in all leads & lifts.
