Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years
Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)
The intending bidder shall have the experience as a prime contractor, in executing at least one I&C Periodical Special Assistance/AOH/MOH Maintenance works compulsorily in any thermal power station of capacity of not less than 210 MW. As a proof of this, single work order OR Work done certificate of value not less than Rs 24.46 lakhs in any one of the preceding five financial years(i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26).Shall be furnished.(Previous year Work order/Work done certificate shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27)
Technical Capability - The Intending Bidder should be a Class-I or above electrical contractor. As a proof of this, valid Electrical license issued by Competent Authority of Govt. of Karnataka shall be uploaded.
Financial capability - The intending bidder in his name should have achieved minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 48.92 lakhs in at least any two of the preceding five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26).As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account OR turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant.(Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27).
