Repair of all types of Steel furniture and wooden Charpoy and bed hard under GE Gomantak

Removel of following existing unserviceable components of various furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and supply & fixed new components in lieu of dismantled components / discorded components as mentioned including lightening the joints, placing every part in-tact, as applicable as per drgs. Work shall be executed at Nofra-I & II, INS Gomantak, Varunapuri, INS Hansa, 2W DET, MO Goa, NCB and other area where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE Gomantak including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Charpoy GI Ply top: (FD-220)

a) Removing of the existingh U/S long rail and Supply & fixing new long rail with 32 mm dia GI Pipe including both end threaded suitable for fixing elbow complete all as shown in drg as specified and directed .

b) Removing U/S BROKEN Short rail and fixing new short rail made out of old broken long rail obtained from 1 (a) above including both end threaded suitable for fixing elbow complete all as shown in drg as specified and directed.

c) Removing U/S broken Legs and fixing new leg made out of old broken long /short rail obtained from 1 (a) & (b) above including both end threaded suitable for fixing elbow complete all as shown in drg as specified and directed.

d) Removing of U/S Elbow 3way and supply and fix new GI Elbow 32 mm dia ISI marked all as shown in drg as specified and directed .

e) Removing of U/S Checknut and Supply and fix new checknut all as shown in drg as specfied and directed

f) Removing existing unserviceable plywood top from the Charpoy GI pipe and supplying & fixing new 12 mm thick plywood ISI-303 Marked BWR type and including refixing of existing stiffner fixing with screw at equal distance to GI pipe frame of charpoy and fixing the plywood top with MS machine made screw bolts with counter sunk head at one end and other end screwed with washers and one hexagonal nut of 75 mm long ,dia of neck 5 mm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to stiffeners after one coat of paint primer complete as directed Make : greenply, Century , Archidply

g) Provisioning of MS angle iron 900mm long of size 25mmx25mmx 3mm, rest on both long rail and fixing the MS angle iron with plywood top with MS Machine made screw bolts with counter sank head at one end and other screwed with washer and one hexagonal nut of 75 mm long dia of neck 5 mm to fix the plywood complete as per drg.

Bed Plywood Top/hard Bed (FD-1032, FD-67, FD-243, FD-350)

a) Long rail as per drg

b) Short rail as per drg

c) New Foot Board as per drg

d) New Head Board as per drg

e) Middle Stiffeners as per drg

f) 12mm ISI-303 Marked ply for Bed top as per drg,Make : greenply, Century , Archidply

g) Removing unserviceable venner from footboard both side S&F new Venneer 4mm thick both side of footboard as per drg

h) Removing unserviceable Veneer from head board both side and S&F new Venneer 4mm thick both side of head board as per drawing.

(j) Leg as per drg

Bed Hard ply top steel (FD/E6/MAP/08 (R))

a) 12mm thick ISI Marked plywood as per size and drg

b) 18 mm prelamineted MDF Board for Head/Foot rest as per drg

c) Legs as per drg

d) Upper Long Rail as per drg

e) Upper Short Rail as per drg

f) Stiffner as per drg

g) Spot welding of broken joints not exceedind 25 mm in length including painting the welded parts to match with existing as per drg.

Charpoy IP with plywood top ( FD/MAP-II/01)

a) 12mm thick BWR grade plywood confirmng to IS

b) Legs as per drg

c) Upper Long Rail as per drg

d) Upper Short Rail as per drg

e) Stiffner as per drg

f) Spot welding of broken joints not exceedind 25 mm in length including painting the welded parts to match with existing as per drg.

Charpoy IP folding with ply wood hard top (FD-220)

a) 12mm thick BWR grade confirmng to IS make: Greenply/Centuryply/Archid ply shall be used as per drg.

b) Leg as per drg

c) Spot Welding the joints not exceeding 25 mm including painting the welded parts to match with existing

applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of TA GREY/OG/BLACK or Existing color and all external surface complet. Work shall be executed at Nofra-I & II, INS Gomantak, Varunapuri, INS Hansa, 2W DET, MO Goa, NCB and other area where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE Gomantak including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of touch wood to the following furniture articles all are of MES pattern viz F/DB/FD series or Similar items polishing all as specified and shown on drgs and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
