Note: 1. The Lowest (L-1) rate quoted by service provider to carry out all the activities mentioned under Scope of work activities at Annexure-1 inclusive of Service provider profit / Service charges, raise in VDA cost for 12 months, Supervision charges, Administrative charges, Safety Shoes, Uniforms, stitching charges, applicable taxes & duties will be considered for placement of order subject to acceptance of terms and conditions mentioned inthe RFI. 2. Service provider has to pay the total wages (Basic + VDA) as per the minimum wages fixed by Central Labour Commissioner to all the labours engaged by him as per the existing rates from the date of starting of the contract. 3. The total contract value shall remain firm and fixed throughout the contract period.
