P/F of Walls made out of Steel-e.p.s. – Steel composite, Insulated and Sand Coated panels with Skin locking systems in overall thickness of 75 mm.The doors will be commercial flush type Including all necessary fitments.Locks,Door Closers and Door Stopers Make- Godrej in any desired Shade.The Paint will be any desired shade as per Complete in all respect as per satisfaction of EIC. Including all material & labour. (Thickness of GI Sheet - 0.8mm both sides duly sand coated with texture painted finish) Approved in Vide CE 5169 Dated 12/11/2013 HTC Faridabad.

P/F Gutter fabricated out of plain sheet with colour coated galvalume sheet in 0.50mm (TCT) thickness out of plain sheet up to 850 mm girth As approved vide TAC dated 13/06/2018 .

Doors as per specific sizes: Providing & Fixing of Powder coated Door frame will be made of 1.25 mm GPSP powder coated sheet & shutter will be of 44 mm thick paper honeycomb in filled flush door with 0.8 mm Powder coated G.I. sheet both sides. It should have proper reinforcement for door closer, hinges & lock. Shutter will be fixed with frame using 3 hinges of 4 inches & Door will be provided with 1 no 8 Inches tower bolt & 2 no's handles.(Make: Mectec/Acme OR EQUIVALENT).

Window (as per specified size): Providing & Fixing of Powder coated window frame will be manufactured using 1.2 mm press steel & the inside MS window shutter shall be provided with 10 mm thick polycarbonate sheet & outside fixed SS wire mesh. The window shutters are fixed to duly painted frame using 2 hinges of 3 Inches. 10mm Steel Bars Horizontal & 2 Nos. vertical will be provided in frame for safety.

Sun Shed: Providing and fixing of Sun Shed for Doors/ Window. The sun shed will be made out with 0.5 mm PPGI sheet and supported with MS Angle bracket. The sun shed will be 300 mm projected from wall. It will be fixed on wall panels with suitable fasteners.
