25mm. thick A.S. flooring in cement concrete (1:2:4) at all floors & levels using 12mm. and down grade hard granite chips of approved quality including mixing, hoisting, laying, consolidating, curing, by water tanker, finished smooth to the exposed surface with a floating coat of cement punning, rounding the corners where found necessary including cost of supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, transportation charges, etc. complete & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)

25mm thick graded concrete with C.C(1:2:4) by using H.B chips of 12mm and down grade of approved quality with concrete work and supply of all materials, labour T&P, taxes royalties, curing, scaffolding for all floors & addition of 2% W.P.C , (plastocrete plus) or its equivalent , recron fiber or chicken wire mesh if necessary etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge..(Excluding GST).

R.C.C(1:2:4) using 12mm to 20mm size H.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality, mixing as per approved design mix, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing including centring & shuttering with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, laboratory charges for performing design mix & testing as per relevant IS code etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge..(Excluding GST).

Reinforcement to R.C.C. works with supply of Fe-500 steel SAIL/VIZAG/RINL/TISCON or equivalent as per relevant I.S. & cutting bending, binding straightening of M.S. Tor Steel/Coil tying the grills and placing the grills in position including supply of 18 gauge binding wire with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, etc. complete as directed including cost of steel.(No wastage shall be paid. Steel coefficient should be as per IS 1786).(Excluding GST).

Rigid smooth leak proof centring & shuttering for RCC work with Ply/Steel plank & bullah of approved quality in all areas as per requirment of site at any height & de-shuttering the same after prior period of concrete setting including supplying of labours, materials, scaffolding, T&P all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge..(Excluding GST).
