Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone/concrete slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/vertical surfaces, etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work with mild steel sheet covering as in doors, gates, hangar doors etc but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ fly-ash Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished rendering surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished rendering surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm thick precast cement concrete Type B - 0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies including all moulding, but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4, as in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm thick pre-polished decorative cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm, as in flooring, laid over and including 20mm thick backing layer of cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with admixture pigment to match the shade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 25 mm thick pre-polished coloured chequered tiles of size 400mm X 400mm jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white or coloured to match, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm thick pre-polished decorative cement concrete tree guard tiles of approved size, design and colour laid on vertical surfaces over 15mm thick backing layer in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out precast interlocking paver block, any size, and keeping aside for re-use or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately)

All as per Item No. 14 above but using old serviceable blocks obtained from dismantling (NOTE: Sand cushioning, if required shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L Sand filling under floors under paver block, thickness not exc 40 mm including consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for use and waste for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC 1:1½:3, type A1 (nominal mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 mtr span complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement to be measured and paid separately).

M&L Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete type A1(1:1½:3) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) by volumetric mix as in Cover Slab of drain, Man Holes, Septic Tanks, etc., set in Cement Mortar 1:4 including necessary forms, moulds, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Reinforcement to be measured and paid separately).

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 6 - 8mm, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: PCC for foundation will be measured separately)

M&L Mild Steel Screw Bolts (machine made) 11 mm to 15mm diameter of neck and length of bolt exc 5 Cm and not exc. 10 Cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS 10 mm dia round bar and fixed independently to angle iron for chain link fencing cut to length, bend to shape required, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Preparing old treated Steel or Iron Surfaces of any description, n. exc 10 Cm width or girth and applying one Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a coat of Red Oxide/ Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire fencing conforming to IS : 278, with 2.24 mm dia. barb wire conforming to IS : 280 with zinc coating as per IS : 4826, barbed with 2 mm dia. barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails/RCC fencing posts straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and fixing of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. incl taking down existing fencing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: - Each line of wire will be measured)

S&F 4 mm dia PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of mesh size 50 x 50 mm fixed with straining bolts including line wire any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MS post, MS round bars, flat iron, nuts & bolts shall be measured and paid separately.

Refixing of old serviceable chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MS post, MS round bars, flat iron, nuts & bolts shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and removing earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface as in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as Specified and as directed.

M&L for granite slab of 18 to 20mm thick, of approved quality (table rubbed and polished), machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and the like including grinding and polishing, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position tot he required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required.

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed

M&L white marble (Abu plain) work makarana white, 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) (as per sample as approved by GE) in step, jambs, pillars, window cills etc in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade, complete all as specified and directed

M&L Green marble work 18 to 20 mm (table rubbed and polished) (as per sample as approved by GE) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills etc in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair RCPC (Reinforced Cement Polymer Concrete) grating slab of size 600 mm x 450 mm x 100 mm thick, of Capacity 3 MT fixed in proper position complete as directed by Engr-in -Charge.
